I've never had a pharmacy be so kind, personable, attentive, timely or feel that they truly care as much as HEPPS does. I'll share that I have chronic conditions that makes daily life a challenge but having a great pharmacy & pharmacist (!!!) makes a world of difference. I had to move about an hour away but I still make the drive because they are more than worth it. Walgreens & CVS never kept my medications in stock or ordered them ahead of time so my refills were never available, even if I called ahead of time to reminds them, so I would go sometimes weeks without my medications. HEPPS is always on top of it and I never have to worry about it happening again. I really can't recommend them enough!

I actually like going to the pharmacy now.After dealing with Walgreens and all the red tape involved in some meds I was on I finally found Hepps. It’s like my hometown drug store where I feel comfortable discussing problems or issues. Thats not even the best part. The pharmacist, Dr Asher, has been involved in my treatment for an issue I’ve had for years. Also, the staff is always so friendly it’s a reason I don’t mind visiting and enjoy a quick chat with everyone I’ve met.

The best pharmacy in town. They are polite and knowledgeable. Parking is easy in their lot next door. It's always a nice experience, which is unusual in a pharmacy.

I've gotten all of my boosters and flu shots here. Love that you can deal with real human beings who are kind instead of websites and lines. Dr. Asher and his team are the best.

They have LEGITMATE 5 stars for a reason. ALWAYS on time, always nice, just all around a perfect pharmacy with great people. If you CAN, don't go to CVS, Walmart, Walgreens. COME. HERE. Even if you live farther away, it will be worth the drive. Literally 0 stress and I always walk out with a smile.

Best pharmacy in the neighborhood! Dr. Asher and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and provide fast service. CVS was out of the medication I needed but HEPPS was able to fill my prescription within 2 hours. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I had a doctor's appointment in this building and as soon as I came downstairs to my surprise, my Rx wasalready ready for pickup and charged through my insurance. The staff did an incredible job! Isaac is verywelcoming, the pharmacist Dr Asher & Dr Park are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this pharmacy!

I went to the urgent care across the street from Hepps Pharmacy. Dr. Asher and Isaac greeted me right when I opened the door. There was very little wait, as they were already filling my medication. Thank you Dr. Asher and Isaac for the great customer service!

Hepps Pharmacy is a special place that I'm glad to have found. They carry a specialty medication that is difficult to fill elsewhere. When I call to ask questions or refill a medication, there's never a hold time. They're always patient, kind, and anticipate my needs. When I pick up, I've never waited more than 5 minutes. I moved a little further away but with the drive there and back, it's still less time than waiting at the neighborhood chain store. I'd say that's worth the drive. You won't find any moody, underpaid workers here. No wait, no judgement. It's easy to see how much they really care. Oh and parking is a breeze!! Lol. Hope you give them at try!

Been using them as of recently and the staff and pharmacist have been amazing. This pharmacy is not run like a greedy place of business. Instead they are a mom and pop pharmacy that remembers it's patients and actually care for their patients

This is a pharmacy that I will go out of my way to use despite there being tons of chain pharmacies close to my home. I have a lot of pharmaceutical needs, and the staff here go above and beyond to make sure I get taken care of. They treat me with respect and dignity, not just a faceless name. I have conditions that require me to take quite a bit of meds, and Hepps always makes sure I get my medications on the day they are due. I really appreciate the fact that they care about their patrons. I will never go back to CVS and risk getting the awful treatment I used to receive!
