Every time I went in I had a great experience with Fred. He has a variety of different options depending on the amount you want to spend. I would highly suggest to take a look for yourself.

This dude has an "F" rating on BBB. Need I say more. Police reports filed against him for stealing customers items they pawned, numerous small claims actions, and reviews on the internet shows how sleazy this career criminal is. He tries to blame it on the riots but look at the dates he's been doing this for the last decade and getting away with it.

If I could give a -5, I would!!!!! I was driving & needed to empty my trash ? ?!!! Sooooooooo, I stopped in the drive-way near "Gem & Loan of Beverly Hills," the old , grumpy ?, racist, very malnutrition looking Armenian/Arabic owner, who owns the "WHOLE" block ??(not literally)....... banged very loudly on my passenger window, stating: ? ? ? ? "YOU CANNOT PARK HEREEEEEEEEEEEEEE," (I was the only Black/Creole individual)I just looked, ?.....barely, ignored him and finished doing what I was doing ??......he got piiiiiiisssssssseD ?!!!! ???He then went into his store, came back out to check w/ a gun on his belt that looked "HEAVIERRRR" than his whole body ????I just stared ??....aaaaannnnd kept my same pace, then LEFTTT➡️THE END ??(Don't allow anyone to make you feel inferior, I guess him owning a shop in that neighborhood negates the fact he is a "minority" also....high horse ?...dropped ???) ?#stay humble

Fred who is a warm, kind, gentleman, will answer any questions, and guide you through the most wonderful shopping experience!! The selection of high end womens designer bags, are second to none. If you want to purchase something, Fred will make sure, not only will you leave happy, he will work with you on the price to make it happen, a large selection of bags, designer luggage, high end collectable watches, unusual antique clocks, on, and on, and on!! A small showroom that has a selection you just dont see anywhere!! So for an unusual gift for a loved one, man, or women, this is where to go!! Once a customer, you will remain one for life!! My wife and I were wanting to find a place where she can pawn her Louis Vuitton bags for cash to pay some bills. We found this place through Yelp and saw the reviews and decided to check it out. We were greeted by a very friendly person, big smile, very warm and genuine! His name is Fred. We had good conversation, joked around but when it came to business, he was very professional! He knew what he was doing, checking for the authenticity of the bags and serial numbers etc. We were very happy with the price he gave us for the bags! He really saved us! We highly recommend this place for your needs!

excellent place, Danny & fred looked at some bag that i brought in to sell. I have been to many places they offered me prices. Thing is fred prove to me that the bag was actually fake. i took this back to sac fifth avenue and got a refund because of the lawsuit going around.

Brought 4 different pieces of Louis Vuitton i had bought at the Louis Vuitton store in the Beverly center into this store, they tried to tell me they were all fake! They weren’t very knowledgeable, Very unprofessional also.

Nice items but dude running it is a typical pawn shop owner. Couldn't have customer service if his life depended on it. Also gave me a check when you go to a pawn shop for cash??
