There was zero acknowledgment from the staff upon coming into the store this past week.
They didn’t even look our way, I can assure you we had intentions for the Peak A Boo bag but walked out after not being acknowledged-
The store was not busy and two associates were on their phone … poor service

I wanted something and went out looking forward to it, but because I was Japanese, I wasn't allowed into the store. Of course, the person I went with (Japanese) was also not allowed to enter the store. It was 20 years ago. I wonder how things are now. A sad place where I experienced racial discrimination for the first time in my life.

We were strolling down Rodeo Drive this past weekend. I stopped at Fendi to purchase my little princess some shoes and other fashions. I was impressed with the ambiance and good customer service. So many different things to look at and see. So we purchased a few things and left. This place gets a lot of bad hype i guess, But my experience was good.

This review is for the customer service manager Vicky, who helped me through my bag repair. In the beginning it almost felt impossible to get in touch with anyone at customer service regarding my bag repair. After multiple attempts, I was lucky enough to connect with Vicky who efficiently & professionally guided me through the repair process and now my bag is like new again! Thank you so much again for all your help!!!

stuff is amazing, great customer service. I purchased a coat with furry pockets from Milan and the pockets were defective. they were able to send it for repair and got it back like new (they even dry cleaned it).

Another BIG shopping day at this wonderful store full of Fendi (of course), Champagne and a wonderful staff, Zee specifically, who always goes the extra mile and makes my wife feel like the Queen she is.

First off no one go to Fendi to this store on rodeo drive this location is full of bastards working there and I took a pop up wallet that the button was broken last year around March 2021 and they sent it to fix they never got back to me at all and their phone never works. That is the poorest customer service ever and I am go all the way to sue that store and report make a complaint to that store.

Spending the Thanksgiving week in LA with the kiddos. After many days in Disneyland I was ready to go shopping. We went to Rodeo Drive. Of course I had to drop into Fendi. This store is very clean and had many client advisors available. I was approached by Harut. He was very nice and helped me find a pair of sunglasses. At the time I ended up going with a pair my husband and daughter picked out for me. After getting back home to Reno I decided I wasn't happy with them. I knew if I didn't exchange them it would of been sitting in my drawer. I reached out to Harut and he was very responsive and made the exchange happen with ease. Via email and UPS it took about a week. Now I have the pair I wanted originally. Big thanks to Harut for making me a happy customer.

I experienced the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. When I first brought my bag they could not find me in a system. Gabriella said that she will fix it and will call me when she will find me in a computer. I called the store l and left numerous messages for Gabriella and she never call me back. I emailed original documents for my bag and nobody ever responded me. A month later I came back to the store because I couldn't reach anybody nobody could help me -again they could not find me in the system even after I send them all the original documents. After two months I came back to the store again and the bag was not fixed. First they told me it takes six weeks. 3D month when I came back they told me it takes 12 weeks to fix it. Then I called 4th month they said it takes 16 weeks. I dropped off my bag December 3, 2015. I picked up my bag June 10, 2016. Their email is not working and people that work there never return their phone calls. when I asked employees please don't forget to tell in accessories section my friend will pick up my bag. No one was aware when my friend came.
