Love going there. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Whenever I have printing to do , I go to the Beverly Hills store. Amel usually is the one to help me and she's just terrific. She has made wonderful recommendations that I followed through on. I feel good when walking in there. All the employees seem happy to be working there and take their jobs very seriously .

Sandra the worker there extended they type of dehumanizing and inconsiderate kind of behavior that made me want to find another printing company and never go to FedEx.

I came this evening to do a full service printing and Ari helped me out. It was a very last minute but very important book that we needed for our company tomorrow. He was so kind, we spoke on the phone and he answered all my questions and asked me to come to help me out further. I will be coming back here, their printing services are amazing and their customer service is on point!

This review is for Sandra at the FedEx location on 9334 Wilshire Blvd.I asked her to print a calendar, sent her the calendar link but she decided that it's too much work for her to print it on her end and that I need to use the computer station and do it on my own. That 'too much work' involved only clicking 4 times on an arrow. Literally 4 clicks! She refused to help me and tried to argue with me even when I told her regular size paper is fine. The only words coming out her mouth were 'I Can't do it'.I asked for a manager and according to her no manager was available until next week.I'm unsure why they keep this lazy, unhelpful person on payroll. She wasn't even busy, I was the only customer in that whole store and about 3 workers. No wonder this location has horrible reviews. Hopefully they get rid of her soon! Horrible customer service and attitude. Oh and Sandra, please wash your dirty hair.

I love this location because it has good parking and good service. The manager, I forget her name but she is a lovely woman was super helpful. She helped me get my label emailed and printed for my package. Super helpful and quick service.

I use this FedEx location exclusively. Nancy is the manager she runs a tight ship customer service is far above what you will expect you're really made to feel important. One of the shining stars is Shaka he is amazing he takes such great care of you he is super professional polite courteous. He is a definite asset if I had a business where I could use an employee I would put him upfront. Overall the FedEx center here on Wilshire is above and beyond and as always with Federal Express they do not lose your packages unlike UPS. I highly highly recommend you try this location.

Went in with a large mailing job and Oscar and the team helped me tremendously. He went above and beyond for me, and was very professional. Thank you Oscar for such a smooth transaction . I will come back to this location definitely!

Glen is the manager and he is so kind and responsive no matter how busy he is he always acknowledges me when I walk in the store and he is extremely helpful . His job is essentially running a whole store that'salways busy and he gets the job done I only go to his location !!

Wow!! What a joy! It was Christmas Eve and I had a last minute holiday gift printing job.Le'Mar went above and beyond to make it work, and did it with a (masked) smile and a wink...much like Santa Claus. Merry Christmas to the whole team who got this order done in time for Santa's delivery - and, did it with joy!
