We encountered a speed bump during the basic procedure and she was communicative about possible outcomes and next steps. When everything worked out, I appreciated her transparency after about being nervous it wasn’t going to work out how we had hoped. It added a very human touch to our interaction! Definitely not stuffy and clinical vibe.Front of house staff was also super welcoming! Totally felt like a valued new member of the one medical community.”

I wish I could find care like this is Seattle but I would rather come down and see a better doctor and not just a number.”
