I walked into this pharmacy hoping to grab some headache medication, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than going to a Rite-Aid or Walgreens. The parking was free and easy, the store was well-organized so I could find what I needed quickly, they had a wide range of items and medications, and Dr. Newman was there to answer any questions I had with thoughtful responses. If taking care of your healthy is a priority for you, I highly recommend this pharmacy.

$3 for one face mask? Not even N95. Seems very over priced. Most establishments give them away when you only need one

One of the smoothest transactions I've ever had with any pharmacy. My provider sent in a E-Prescription and I was able to get my medication in a timely manner even with a country wide shortage of said medication. David is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Due to the shortage, I had to call 10+ pharmacies to ask about stock and many were rude. Not here though! I was expecting to pay more but was able to save quite a bit due to the generic which was greatly appreciated.I felt safe inside the store (you have to be buzzed in) and also that my privacy was important, it wasn't a crazy line of 15+ people like CVS or Rite Aid. Only tricky thing is getting into the plaza. I recommend getting onto eastbound Wilshire to be able to access the location.

If you are looking for a fast reliable pharmacy that cares about you and your medical needs then this is your place. Parking is perfect and literally right at the front door of the strip mall on the first floor. No more big parking lots and meters to deal with. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the pharmacist who gave me my medication within minutes. I highly recommend Family Pharmacy located in Beverly Hills to anyone who wants great service and A+ customer service. Thank you Family Pharmacy for everything!!!!!

Ican't believe it's taken me this long to write a review. I have been going to family pharmacy for about 5-6 years. The pharmacist David is the most humble and wonderful person. When I got pregnant he was super helpful and tried to drop off my medications as much as possible. During the pandemic even though his pharmacy was very much attacked during the riots, he never complained, or even allowed anything to hold back his excellent customer service. I needed him in an emergency for my husbands important medications and he accommodated me even though he was technically "closed." I'm just grateful I found this place because I was a cvs customer for too long.

I can not say enough good things about this pharmacy and, in particular, David. I recently moved and had to change pharmacists and it was honestly the saddest part of my move. I initially chose this place because I wanted to support a local pharmacy and because their hours extended past 6pm so I could go after work. David knew me by name and made it incredibly easy to contact him. I could even text him to check if I had any refills! My generation hates hopping on the phone but he was always quick to respond to emails or texts. Every trip to pick up my medication included a lovely conversation catching up with him. Plus, super easy and free parking. I recommend this to anyone looking for a pharmacy in the area. I'll miss you so much, David!!!

I can't praise Family Pharmacy, or David the pharmacist, highly enough. We get personal attention, deliveries when necessary and crucial information about drug interactions. It's like having a friendly next-door neighbor in the drug-store business.

Do not trust this place. They billed a client of mine thousands of dollars above what the bill should have been. When we brought it to their attention, they said it was just an error. An error of thousands of dollars? That doesn't sound right. If I had to guess, I'd say they were trying to see what they could get away with. I would avoid this places at all costs if you don't want to get ripped off or taken advantage of. The owner is greedy.

I finally switched from a pharmacy around the corner from my house. David is amazing. He remember name after the first time. When he says the prescription will be ready in 5 minutes- it will! And they deliver. I am so happy that I made the switch even though it is a little more inconvenient for me. Well worth the service & friendliness.
