My experience with Falcon was exceptional. I got what I asked for, and it was delivered to me as promised. Communication was made seamless by Falcon’s sales rep Nader the entire time. His delivery assistant , Malik ( I hope I am not butchering his name) was very polite and professional as well. Hassle free experience by professionals who know how to run this type of business which can at times get dicey. Don’t look elsewhere. Let Falcon take care of your special vehicle needs. I recently rented a car from this company and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent, with staff being both friendly and efficient. The car itself was in great condition, clean, and very comfortable. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for the quality provided. I highly recommend this car rental company and will definitely use their services again in the future.
