Erika was AMAZING!! I ordered a swimsuit online, but it was the wrong size. The new pair she sent me arrived within 2 days. On top of that she assisted me with the return (which is nothing but a hassle for her via Etro's Online Department). Excellent customer service!!!!!... And the swimsuit is nice too.

I love Etro it is next door to chase building where I go get Vela Cellulite, Facials & Massage Clinic, so I always shop there after I get my bodywork treatments.

This place exceeded my expectations in all aspects. Very friendly and helpful staff welling to do their best to address your needs. Etro is quite an unique family owned brand. As a business owner myself, I come to really appreciate what they have to offer. Many of their products are works of art, with no compromise in quality of material, while being underpriced for what they are. I leave as a happy customer every time I shop with them.

9 minutes and 43 seconds on hold while the sales person (young male) went to check to see if they had a lace dress, which I even referenced the style name "Sylvie"...I would have still holding if my husband didn't press the end call button on my phone! I should have known better than to expect service from a Beverly Hills boutique store!
