I was asked by a family member at a Noon brunch (in NY) about a watch for her husband. I "Googled" Rolex and Breitling and there is was... a rare Bentley GT that I was looking for!After asking everyone to excuse me, I immediately left a message on the Essential website to secure the watch. Even though it was just after 9 am on a Sunday in LA, Fred Brown called me, put the watch on hold and we completed the sale the next day.Outstanding service - the watch was everything it was promised to be - including original box/manuals and recent factory service documents.Fred was "Essential" to getting this done including complicated shipping details as I just HAD to have the watch shipped to me in Boston.Fred and his team in CA and NJ would have SIX stars if that was a Google rating. (yes- the watch did travel from NJ to CA to MA despite my NY billing address)

I worked with Irene through the purchase process. I was very nervous and hesitant about wiring such a large sum of money initially given that there are so many scams. I did research on the company and then spoke with Irene. She provided me with education about the company and provided me with reassurance. I moved forward with the purchase and the very next day I had the watch. She responded to every email and phone call. She truly made it easy to work with them and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for their next watch.

Bought a 1997 Rolex Submariner ref. 14060 from Irene at Essential Watches. She sent me a video beforehand and the watch I received looks exactly like the one in the video. The watch is in excellent condition, especially at the price I got it for. I'm extremely content with the quality of watch that I was sold. I was also given the original box and papers. Irene seems to be a trusted seller and I will certainly be buying another piece from her. The whole purchasing process was very smooth and quick. I got my watch within a week of my first phone call with Irene. She was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Irene for anyone looking to purchase a used watch.

I always believe the quality of customer service is not represented with a straight forward transaction but one with some complications. I had an unforeseen issue with my watch. It was something we all missed on a vintage piece. Three months later, when i finally put the watch on and discovered an issue, Essential replaced a vintage dial for me. Absolutely top notch. I would think when contacting a business to purchase an item in the tens of thousands of dollars you would be met with courtesy and professionalism, however, that was not the case here. A man answered the phone and without any obvious interest in assisting a new client had NO information and NO answers to any of my questions.
