Not good. About 3 bucks per chocolate and just not good. Tastes like something 100 years old. I don’t know how to describe it.
The flavors are as if they use fake flavoring and coloring. Basically the fruit crème is like the Cadbury egg type crème.
The chocolate is bitter and off. There’s no complexity to it. Everything tastes kind of coffee like, too.
Not a fan at all. Nice lady though.

The guy who ran the store, Ethan or something was such sigma gigachad. He gave my family and I a free tour. I really liked the service and the chocolates were simply exquisite.

Interesting chocolate covered variety such as apricots and candied ginger. It's okay chocolate, nothing mind blowing. Although, I'm not much of a chocolate fan to begin with.

I received a big box of chocolates with several pieces damaged during shipment. As for the taste: the selection was heavy on the marshmallow (as in several pieces were chocolate covered marshmallows) which I believe is a favorite of customers, however, I found to be unsophisticated. There was even bubblegum flavored filling in one or two of the chocolates and a couple of very sour chocolate-covered apricots. If you ate these chocolates as a child, I guess you’d appreciate them more. I’m from New York and found them not the best for gifts or special occasions.

classic packaging and quality, no complaints, definitely a staple for this great expansive city, a topography of treats, nice staff, very helpful and dedicated, great boxes for gifts, we picked up a a box, chocolate covered pretzels, drop the mic...

I came in before Christmas, in a bit of a hurry for some specific items that I mail to friends every year. The sales guy in the store was SO personable and helpful! I ended up buying more than I came for. Clearly the staff there loves the chocolate they sell as though it is their own company!

How many stores can boast being in Los Angeles since the 1940s, famous worldwide, a favorite of Hollywood royalty from the Golden Age to today, maintaining the same excellence that enabled it to thrive in Beverly Hills, of all places? Few! Edelweiss is one. I am a chocolate connoisseuse and have sampled the best in New York, San Francisco, Paris, and Brussels as well as many of the top confectionaries in Los Angeles. None of them present the wow factor that Edelweiss does, while offering exquisite handmade candy. Not since Manon (Leonidas) have I been as impressed with a purveyor of refined chocolate, even though I love (and have reviewed here), several others with deserved sterling reputations. One reason is the presentation. Look at my pictures -- who would not want to arrive somewhere bearing a gift like that! Whenever I want to treat someone really well, show them I care, while expressing my own aesthetic, I head to Edelweiss. It's worth it. Just being in the shoppe is like a dream vacation -- surrounded by loved ones, LOL. You don't need to settle for less, no matter where you are. You can get online and order for delivery or pick up the phone and they do all the rest. Think of reasons to treat someone you love and let Edelweiss work their magic for you.

I found this place by chance while on my way to have lunch and stopped by. It was a famous store. Although the price range is high, the satisfaction level is also high. Please keep in mind that I chose 4 and it cost me 17 dollars. All the ones with almonds were delicious, but the orange ones had a slightly bitter taste. You can choose from the chocolates in the display case and tell the staff to serve them to you. There are also packaged gifts available.

Chocolate is amazing! My favorite of all time and the staff is also always welcoming and polite. My favorite stop when I'm doing some rodeo shopping. Also this is not cheap but worth every penny.
