Don't believe in these one and two stars, I have been seeing him for many years and still do, he is the best. If you are just going for pain meds only no, if you to become pain-free and not dependent on the meds, he is the best.

He was rude from the start and then began getting aggressive , he claimed there was no way I had the pain I said I had then trashed another pain Dr in his companies practice, having provided no suggestions or help, had an outburst and stormed out of the room, then yelled at the 2 nurses outside the door. Aside from being a pain Doc with no kindness, he was downright nasty . DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR. If I could give him 0 I would, also this is after waiting 1 hour past our appointment time.

I broke my back on Jan 1st 2023 and Dr. Vassilev is my pain doctor. I believe I've seen him now 5 times and every time but once he has either screwed up where to send my prescriptions or just hasn't sent them at all. Getting ahold of someone at his office is next to impossible and a return call will never happen. It's probably a good idea if you quadruple check he sent it in and don't leave his office until you have confirmation from the pharmacy that it has been sent. It's not like I scraped my knee and the medication isn't that Important. I broke my fkn back and can't even get pain medication. I've had to go to my primary doctor twice to get temporary medication because of his incompetence

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vassilev’s for 5 years. He has gone above and beyond to help me and decrease my pain. He’s caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I high recommend him.

Not compassionate, not attentive. Does not care about patients needing assistance. Dr and his staff are non-responsive. Unbelievable!

Dr.Vassilev has been treating my pain management for several years, he has literally kept me from suffering as much as I was before he took me on as a patient. I am so grateful for his expertise in treating me after I had neck and back surgeries that didn't do what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend Dr.Vassilev above all others. He is very skilled and supportive. Thank you Dr.Vassilev for all of your help.

Dr. Gregory is without a doubt the best pain management doctor that has treated my lower back and knee and has eliminated my pain. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality, professional, sincere, honest, and most of all highly knowledgeable doctor. He truly is the best! He is so good that my son and husband also have been treated by Dr. Gregory Vassilev, and both will not go to any other doctor but Dr. Gregory Vassiloev.

What I really appreciate about Dr. Vassilev is his vast understanding of the human body and mind, and that he treats them as one. I was injured away from home. Dr. Vassilev’s availability and responsiveness in times of crisis have been priceless.

Dr. Vassilev's extensive knowledge, expertise, honesty and caring nature makes him one of the best in his field, while his determination to give his patients the best care possible makes him one of the best doctors I've ever encountered! After suffering from a lower back injury I received better insight and care from Dr. Vassilev in 5 minutes than I had from half a dozen doctors and specialists in CO over the course of 4 months. I cannot recommend Dr. Vassilev more highly to anyone searching for a Pain Management Physician. He truly is the best in his field!

Dr. Vassilev is amazing , I am a golfer and as you know golf is very hard on your back. He's taken care of me for the last two years. I have bulging disks in my lower lumbar and have been suffering for the last 7 years. He has all top of the line equipment and knows what he's doing. He is not only a amazing doctor, but he cares and treats you like a VIP. He also works with your insurance company which you know is never easy. If you suffer from back pain Dr. Vassilev is your savior .
