The Asian man racially profiled us as soon as we walked in the store.. As soon as we walked in he followed us and pretended to fix things.. several times i looked back to see if he was watching and he was!! he stared at me and my significant other the entire time. There were 5 other guards in the store in all different parts but he is the only one who followed.. His ignorance was hilarious , think a girl in a sun dress with nothing and hidden and a male holding her hand would even think of doing anything.. You would think high end would have better training or even home training

Wow. Just wow. Never got his name & I don’t think he cared much about giving it anyway. The tallest sales person in the room, 6ft or more, real skinny Asian looking maybe Chinese. He must be an owner or shareholder of Dior to feel like he has all the right or privilege to have the grandest attitude. Was actually trying to have a conversation whether or not I’m sold with the item I came for. Instead just nasty attitude from body gestures to one word comments. In the end I said I’ll stick with my first choice but they didn’t have the size and would have to purchase online. So I said thank you for all his help. He ignored me, clean up the box. I said thank you again as I got up, ignored me, did not make an eye contact as if he was so privilege, not to mention HE IS JUST A REGULAR EMPLOYEE here, ignored us again, looking annoyed & walked pass us. How thrilled are you to purchase any item from them after that kind of service? Amazing what customer service can do because it really does change peoples perspective not only of the store or employee but the company as a whole. Every company employee as big as DIOR are always a reflection of how great every company is. In this case, I guess that speaks for itself.

Limited selection here, but the selection they do have is spectacular. The sales staff is on top of their game and you can expect to be treated like royalty no matter your status.I bought a pair of trainers and love them. Prices are well above average and quality is top notch.Gets busy mid morning but nothing crazy.I recommend you at least window shop here. Clean and smells amazing inside.

0 Stars!! Worst customer service!! First and last time shopping here.. Please save a trip to this location.. You will be disappointed.. First of all I was completely ignored.. Everyone will just pass by me and help other customers. I ask for help and the answer was (Oh I didn't think YOU needed help) I asked for the boots I needed and was given a dirty box then continued to check the boots and the sole was also dirty.. Asked for another pair (the gentleman was bothered and always looking at my mom and I like we didn't belong) then asked for them to be gift wrapped.. Waited over 15min and he sent another person to hand them to me.. Manager had the same attitude as the salesperson and throw the receipt in the bag... So much for the luxury experience spent over $1,300... I will be shopping at another Dior location or preferably online... To me MANAGEMENT is the issue here!!

I was really disappointed because I had to wait over 30 mins in line to get in the store and there was only four people in front of me. All the workers are very kind and helpful and are good at suggesting alternatives. My PROBLEM is that the wait time for them to get your item and package them is very long too. I was also disappointed in the packaging I got because I didn’t get a ribbon/bow and the receipt was crumbled and wasn’t even in the little dior receipt holder. I also did not get the paper wrap around my boxes like how everybody else did this was my first dior item and the experience and packaging did not come through

I had an unforgettable experience here. When I walked up I was acknowledged and greeted professionally by the Security at the door. I asked if they had shoes and he asked men's right which as a woman with butch energy I appreciated. As I waited to go in I let him know I wear my hiking boots to go unnoticed and he totally understood. He was very much a gentleman. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the most friendly, sincere and warm welcome by William. We chatted as he walked slowly with me being very considerate to me having a Walker. We had deep soul richening conversation about how money doesn't buy happiness. He showed me shoes sharing the story and history behind each. This experience was utterly magnificent full of great vibes, great people and 0 room for pretentious energy. WOW. Cannot wait to be back!

Came in to purchase some shirts and a pair of shoes. The nicest reception I received was from the guard?! The sales associates seemed completely disinterested in me (I came straight from the gym). Never judge a book by its cover. I left and spent my money at Gucci. The staff there was super nice and accommodating!! Not sure if management ever checks the reviews but if you do, maybe you should send in a secret shopper and see for yourself how poor the attitudes are of your staff. You aren't the only option on Rodeo.

Great service as always. I don't know why so many bad reviews?? Not a tourist stop so if you aren't buying not the place for you. Rosane was incredibly polite and helpful. She made me feel like we knew each other for a long time. I will come back for sure!!!

I know things in designer stores like these could get a bit overpriced so looking for something small yet good is a way to ball on a budget. Which is why I strictly come here for the fragrances. Makes sense to see which new ones they have and smell them and make the decision which one to keep

Zero star for real!! Salesperson Phyllis and manager Naile were rude, arrogant, disrespectful and had a really bad attitude. If you hate your job then quit already!! I bought these pair of sandals for my Mom's birthday and tried to exchange it for half size bigger but they were not able to exchange it for me due to small dots on the bottom. HAHA!! kidding me!! It was not worn even once! I was not even trying to return. Never gonna shop at Dior anywhere! They have terrible corporate structure and culture!!!!! Waste of money and energy.

Horrible service - ordered shoes and they sent me the wrong ones and mine they sold to someone else. Says no available anymore. in the boutiques horrible service too , if you have options go to another store Couldn't imagine worse experience

Came with my husband to get a few things. Ilaria was very helpful in assisting us. They didn’t have his size in store for these black and 3m shoes but Ilaria had them shipped to the store for us. We don’t live in state so as soon as she got them, she shipped them directly to our home.
