My wife and I were on the hunt for the perfect kitchen, and when we stepped into Di Group, we knew we had found something special. The selection of Italian furniture, especially the kitchen designs, left us in awe. Jamie's expertise and attention to detail, along with the support of his dedicated team, were evident as they guided us through the options. My wife fell head over heels in love with a kitchen design that seemed tailor-made for our home. Throughout the process, Jamie and his entire team's commitment to ensuring we were satisfied was truly remarkable. The quality of the furniture speaks for itself, and the exceptional service provided by the Di Group team is the icing on the cake. My ordeal with this particular company, responsible for my kitchen cabinet installation, has been an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy. In my newly purchased home in LA, a house that cost me a solid four million, I didn't expect to be dealing with faulty cabinets. But alas, that is the reality I find myself in, and I feel it is my duty to inform others of the questionable quality of this company's product and customer service.The company’s punctuality leaves much to be desired. Time and again, I found myself disappointed with unfulfilled promises about their arrival times. Phone calls too often went unanswered, with a wide variety of excuses offered when they finally did get back to me.While the aesthetic appeal of the cabinets is unquestionable, the functionality leaves much to be desired. Despite their sleek appearance, the cabinet doors refuse to remain closed. This issue, which I believe is a fundamental flaw, was treated lightly by the company, who seemed to find it ludicrous that I should expect my cabinet doors to stay closed.Over the course of the past year and a half, representatives of the company have visited my home between five to seven times. Yet the problem remains unsolved. Their latest solution? They advised me to bolt the cabinets shut, which is not only inconvenient, but also detracts from the aesthetics of the kitchen.As a final blow, they now insist that my warranty period has expired and thus any repair or replacement costs fall solely on me. Neither a refund nor a fix seems to be on the table.I would strongly advise anyone, particularly builders, to think twice before collaborating with this company. My experience has been an exercise in frustration, and the product quality and after-sales service I've received certainly do not align with the prestige of my home, nor the reputation this company purports to uphold. Their approach to business and customer care seems to be more of a farcical exercise than a serious commitment. To put it simply, this experience has been utterly disappointing.I rarely write negative reviews, my life is actually dedicated to helping small business. DI Group went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I was in need of a full kitchen remodel for my clients and they knocked it out of the park. Excellent communication, superior design skills and great customer service. High end products for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

DI Group created and installed my dream kitchen!! Jamie and Nao were so nice, patient and knowledgeable. They helped us design the best layout and gave us great recomendations about materials, colors, etc. Also, Jamie personally handled all the situations created by the general contractor. We highly recomended them.
