Pharmacy is horrible. Long lines with only 1 clerk working. Get ready to stand in line at least 30 to 45 minutes every time you are picking up a prescription. They also make mistakes. Once I took a medication home that I never asked for a refill for. Some clerks don't speak basic English or can't hear. Have a vaccine appointment? You may wait 30 minutes to 1 hour, even with an appointment. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. This place is a zoo! Bad management!

The pharmacy at this location is unprofessional and does not provide good service. First they do not answer phone calls. For instance, when your question cannot be answered using the automated phone system, you have to go to the store for assistance. Second, there is drive up service yet the pharmacy will not help customers through the drive up. As an example, after 30 minutes the pharmacy answered the drive up call button and then told me the tube is broken. When I replied it worked for me. I just sent the tube to you. The individual told me I have to come in to the storefor assistance.

I was delighted today with the all the attention and service I received today from Shannon. It was very important that was able to find and purchase a bottle of Sodium Chloride. Crucial that I found it. I asked in the pharmacy and Shannon suggested aisle 12. No luck got more help sent to the aisle. Still not found. Then she suggested another store worker and no info and then the store manager still needed help. Shannon did not give up and discovered it was not a prescription item but only kept in the pharmacy. Amazing all the time she spent to help me.Thank you so very much.

The pharmacy is so ridiculous. How come they let someone work who’s constantly high on some sort of meds or drugs? That woman called Nila or similar has no clue what she’s doing, she’s staring into the nowhere. Her eyes barely move, red like a tomato. It’s actually scary knowing that those people could easily mess up prescriptions.Besides that the pharmacy never has things ready, always wants to charge me but after some discussions it’s covered by insurance. Aha what a costumer treatment.

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Never on time even if they say it's ready you go in and nothing still have to wait

If you’re stopping in for the store front you can’t go wrong. 5 stars. That said: The pharmacy has become a nightmare. I was informed by other cvs employees that they closed the location on pico and sent everybody to this cvs. Now this location is overwhelmed and unable to perform their jobs efficiently. They don’t answer phones, they make up senseless excuses why your medications are weeks late (weeks without epilepsy meds is kind of a big deal for me), and they’re rude. I’ve already transferred to a better CVS because this place has become a nightmare and encourage others to do the same. It’s pretty hard to get a 1 star review from me but this pharmacy genuinely earned it.

I have had an extremely negative experience with CVS's service. The pharmacist often takes between 20 to 40 minutes to answer the phone, which is unacceptable. Additionally, even though I signed up with them, I never received a text notification that my prescription was ready. As a result, I have decided to switch to a different pharmacy.

I am not going back ever again at this cvs pharmacy . Service is too slow. Guy said give me 30 Mins. But I wated 1 hour and 20 mins to get my prescription and they just don’t care if you wait that long. They always say “we are understaff”. But there’s 4 of them. Save yourself sometime and don’t select this pharmacy for your prescription..

How could u carry a case of bottled water when u don’t allow carts to go down the parking garage to get the bottled waters loaded in the car??????Before buying bottled water, I asked an associate or maybe the manager, he said his name is Alli, if there is someone who could help me to carry the items to my car upon checkout, he said “YES”.Upon checking out, i asked the cashier if somebody is going to help me, he said i can ask the security to help me carry the cases of bottled water to my car.I saw the 1st security, asked him and his response is “I am not even clocked in yet!?????Behind him is the 2nd Security, asked him after I asked the 1st Security,His response is “I already clocked out, I can’t help you.”What’s going on????I went back to the counter to just return those bottled water then told the associate that no Security wants to help me.LUCKILY, John , willingly offered help and help me carry the two cases of bottled water to my car.By the way , both my hands were injured and have a splinter on both middle fingers.*reason for cart with poles:They might get stolen!*Solution:have your Security Guard follow the carrier of the cart and bring it back upstairs. Anyway, they are just standing there.

Worst pharmacy ever. Under staffed. Pharmacist complained about the Computers are slow. Inventory is expired snd can't be dispensed. Would not assist customers at consultation window. Everyone had to wait in the checkout line to ask questions. Most miserable experience I've ever had in a store. If I had to go back to that store for life saving medicine, I don't think I would gill the Rx. It was "that"bad.Naz is clearly overwhelmed and unsupported. To get through her work shift. she turns off her ability to help people. Questios take too much time, thought, and attention, so she just throws those customers to the curb.
