Improbable! Unacceptable ! The window of our room located on the ground floor does not close, due to unsuitable air conditioning installed summarily. We were woken up several times on our first night, at 5 a.m., by pallet deliveries of bottles right outside our open window! This is not at all serious, you should plan not to install customers in your rooms located in delivery areas at 5 a.m., or you should install suitable windows and air conditioning so that they can close .

Stayed for two nights.Pros: As others have mentioned. This is walking distance to everything.Comfortable and clean bed. The design of the bedroom was nice and modern.Had enough shampoo and conditioner in the shower.Has a mini fridge and coffee maker.Smart TV.Free WiFi.Valet up front which is the best thing to do. Parking is a pain around the area. You can park across the street at a garage though for a fee.Staff are friendly and attentive to your needs.Cons: isn’t very clean. There’s some cobwebs by the bedframe and bedside lamps, the coffee maker is dirty and dusty as well. So I didn’t use it.What really turned me off though was the bathroom. wasn’t a fan of the bathroom. The sink was so small it was like kid size and the counter was so low. The style of the bathroom I didn’t get at all. It looked like the bathroom was not completely done? If that was a style they were trying to accomplish. It was all bare gray cement looking. I felt like I was taking a shower in prison. It also didn’t look very clean because the gray color mixes with the mold in the shower.Don’t look under the sink while you’re on the toilet.First night we had hot water issues. I just wanted to take a hot shower after a long day. They got it fixed though after one and half hours. If you need hot showers, remember this is an older building and it is not a new issue. As others mentioned here it has happened before. The room we had was noisy you can hear the pipes and the restaurant noise. Our room only had one window and we couldn’t even open it when it was stuffy because the restaurant employees next door walk pass it and we can see and hear them when they’re outside which was a lot when restaurant is operating. We kept the window and curtain closed because we didn’t want to see people looking at us while we watch TV in bed! So no privacy.

Great little hotel. Location is everything. Walking distance to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills sign. Also, many restaurants and coffee shops around. Room itself was on a smaller size but comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Don’t stay here. I’ve stayed at the one in Santa Monica and that was actually nice… This one is disgusting. The bedding is disgusting and dirty. The hotel smells weird and the room stinks like curry!!!!! The heater won’t work and it’s so cold and rainy outside… i have reached out to support and no one has helped me or come by to change the bedding. They charge you $20 to check in one hour early because they won’t let you check in before 4. It’s old, dusty, and smells gross. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The good reviews are fake. I won’t be sleeping tonight.Update- Just found out that this hotel does not let its guests control the temp of their rooms. I’ve had to ask 10 times for the heat and it is still freezing in my room. It is awful. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel is located in Beverly Hills. Location was good, but my experiences were terrible. There was no one at the counter when I arrived. I called and text, but there was no answer. I just had to wait about 10 minutes. My security box was locked by previous guests, so I couldn't use it. The receptionist told me they would refund, but actually not.I requested to clean my room twice, but they've never cleaned my room for 5 days. The coffee machine was broken. Coffee overflew from the machine. The worst thing was too noisy in the room. I don't know where the noise came from. But the noise like a boiler was too loud to hurt my ears even at late night. It was my worst stay ever.

Super cute hotel! The room was a good size with a nice, clean bathroom. Parking was a little confusing (you can pay for valet or pay for the parking garage across the street). Front staff was nice, but seemed preoccupied when we first walked up. The bar at the hotel is awesome!

They put a pending charge on your card when you check in (with no notice) and say that they release it upon check out. I asked the guy at check out when the charge will be cancelled, he said as soon as the room is inspected, it takes 2 business days. It has now been 5 and the charge is still there. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

It was better than I expected for sure! The staff was great and we were greeted by valet as we arrived. The atmosphere was beautiful too! There are plenty of restaurants and stores that are walking distance so we never drove/ubered much. The only critique I have is that there are no microwaves in the rooms or available in the vicinity which I feel would be very convenient. Besides that, great stay and I would recommend!

Small hotel. No room service. Tiny window air conditioner. Very small bathroom. Pleasant people. Nice restaurant. In the heart of Beverly Hills.

The room 219(glad I still keep the app record on my phone)(one king bed on the second floor one on the right hand side )we were assigned was small and smelly. The water in the toilet kept swooshing for a long time after using. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. No air conditioner, so we request to change a room and the staff(after checking) said there is not one available room type for us unless we move to another crescent hotel where is located in Santa Monica. I think it is ridiculous. Finally offered us a heater. The staff in the front desk is nice though. Never live here again.Walkability: a ten-minute walk to the wholefood supermarket nearby which is great.

Room was a bit small but it had all we needed. I really appreciate the privacy. I can check in online and get access to the building and room without having to interact with anyone. Location was fantastic!
