Called to get advice on a printer that wouldn't power on. The support I received was extremely clear and friendly, and the rep laid out options and pricing for repairs. Without even needing to bring the printer in, he also recommended Googling a specific solution that he seemed to remember might fix the problem with no repairs necessary. That simple tip lead to us fixing it on our own, which was much appreciated! Would highly recommend.

Computer Concepts provides terrific service. Adi Hacker diagnosed my printer problem, (drum needed replacing) and put a new drum in the mail right away. He also explained how to replace the drum. I couldn’t have found better service. K.P. Santa Monica.

Adi is very knowledgeable about projectors. I had a problem that I thought was related to the projector. All the new lamps kept burning within 2 days... it turned out that all the lamps I bought were cheap rip offs. Even if I got them (not for cheap) from different vendors. The new lamps quality was not up to par with any of them. The vendors reviews were stellar so I would have never guessed that! The Epson branded one that Adi sold me was the solution. Thank you Adi!

I have three printers for my office; two were not working. I called several companies but this one answered the phone and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. It was a very simple fix to a Brother where I thought I had to discard the machine. I am SO grateful to this company. You do not look elsewhere, they are amazing and helpful!!

This place is a gem. My printer had broke and no troubleshooting was working to fix it. I called up the printer manufacturer who suggested this company to me. As soon as I called up Audi I knew I was in good hands. I told him the problem and he diagnosed the issue right away over the phone. I needed a new part from wear and tear. Audi had the part in stock. Audi was able to fix the printer quickly and efficiently and it's been working great. I would use them again and I recommend them highly.

I sent a message pretty late last night in a panic. My Epson XP-15000 was displaying an error on startup after I had manually cleaned the print head. Adi reached out immediately. The next day he called to check in on me and gave me some great advice on steps I could take before taking the printer to him. Adi was knowledgeable, friendly, and forthcoming. My printer started working again on its own, but because Adi was so exceptional, I will be bringing all future repairs to him.

Epson printer stopped working so I called Epson's service center and all they could recommend me is to buy a new printer. Found Computer Concepts just by chance online and called.Within minutes, Adi helped me solve the problem and now my printer is performing like a Ferrari.Will always try to solve my computer/printer problems here first!

Fantastic service. They came to my house without me even having to ask and repaired the printer on the spot. Also took care of all the dealings with Brother. I'd use them again and will buy my ink from them too. Highly recommended!

I am so grateful that I discovered Audy. I have a Xerox 8570 laser printer that was presenting me with a printer error code. The Xerox rep, after learning the code, told me that after parts and labor I would be looking at a cost of over $1600 and that I should buy a new machine. Then, I spoke with Audy, who listened, asked questions and heard what the printer error code was, said that may not be the exact issue. He came to my office, diagnosed my issue, fixed my printer and has me for a "forever" client. He did so all under a $200 bill (parts and labor). Audy is honest, cares about doing good work and provides excellent customer service. He won me over. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Audy!

Adi picked up the phone after other places were closed and discussed various options to fix my professional Epson video projector. His price was lower than what I was quoted elsewhere and he really knew his stuff. I've been selling Epson projectors for over 10 years so I know when I find someone good. This guy followed up when he said he would and was very pleasant & professional. I would recommend this place.

Computer Concepts was referred to me by Brother Electronics technical support to repair my Brother Multi-Function printer. Adi diagnosed the print quality issue which turned out to have a damaged fuser from using textured card stock which did not allow such thick paper. He ordered the fuser and installed it for a reasonable price while I waited. It works like brand new again. His knowledge and service was excellent. I highly recommend Adi at Computer Concepts.

Computer Concepts is my go-to for POS printer repairs. Adi is professional and easy to work with. Communication is great and it has been a pleasure to be able to do business with Computer Concepts since I don't have to worry about printer repairs as they take great care of us! Would definitely recommend!
