Mark is best in class and we’re so fortunate to have worked with his as our broker. As first time home buyers, we found him to be an incredible communicator and negotiator. He is highly knowledgeable and well-networked. He exceeded every expectation despite us being on an aggressive timeline. Mark would personally call us with updates and even though he had a large team, would also personally follow up with with us to be sure we felt taken care of. We felt he offered a white-glove experience from day one. We can’t imagine working with anyone else for our future needs.

Mark Cohen was given a challenging set of circumstances (i.e. credit score, indebtedness, rising interest rates, etc) and delivered on a refinance of our longtime family home. Mark and his team are expertly versed within their fast moving industry, and immediately made themselves available for any and all of our needs/inquiries along the way. Very professional operation - highly recommend. When they said something was going to happen, it did.

It would be a little more expensive to go through them rather than the bank but I think they are good specifically for tricky loans where you might get rejected from the bank if you go directly. Mark and heather did a great job on my loan and ended up closing 10 days early.

Mark and his team have helped my husband and I on three loans, most recently this month as we purchased our “forever” home for our family! I cannot say enough good things about Mark/Cohen Financial. They follow through and do what they say they’ll do. Direct and clear communication. Extremely easy to work with and, importantly, make sure you close on your loan. We’ve been through the experience of having big banks strong us along promising to get it done (after requesting a nauseating amount of information) just to fall through or significantly change terms at the finish line (exactly what happened to us recently). Mark picks up the pieces and moves quickly to save deals and put together a very fair and competitive package at the same time. I worked with Mark and Lora- what an amazing experience!My previous mortgage was through BOA and it was painful experience (same efficiency as the DMV). However Mark and Lora were extremely efficient to a point that it only took several days!I couldn't believe it. In some places getting pre-approval can take longer :)Very responsive to all questions and very patient explaining things in simple way.
