This bank is one of the worst banks, they stole my friend's money and I closed my account with them as a result of this to get rid of them, as it might happen to me too, I was following up by phone to help my friend as she was under a lot of stress and critical financial issue because they hold all her money, they neither give her any answers, nor any letters and explanation As a result, my friend was sent to the emergency room several times, she was so stressed out and had no idea what was going on, I was witnessing, how irresponsible they are, people please be aware they find some excuses and steal all your money, please avoid this bank, this branch is nightmare, they give you hard time, the staffs are changing like water, they are rude, now I know when there is chaoiatc in the higher mangers of Citi bank, the staff is very normal to be like this .please be aware of this, then you will ending up filling the lawsuits otherwise, they are so careless and play with you like peace of cake and do not care if they send you to critical financial issue and send you to hospitalization! ! Such a shame indeed! Please avoid all Citi banks, they steal your money! Seriously do this favor to yourself!

Worse Citi bank ever ,The banker in this branch misleded me and told me they would send me a check, then the bank Stole all my money and nobody knew anything. What I experienced stealing your money and then playing with you like a ball they shot me to the number, and the number shot me to the branch This happened several times with no result, they officially stole my money with a nice smile and provided me with zero information!Very Horrible experience,! Extremely poor customer service either by phone. This experience is beyond horrible! Please avoid the city bank at all and this branch is like a nightmare, they will steal your money officially! I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time going to this branch I live a few blocks away. Any business I have with citi bank that I have to go in person l’ll drive to any other near branch to get help much faster and what you need always gets done way faster definitely with the 10 min drive to go to any other branch

not sure what's going on with this bank overall but it seems like none of the branches answer their phones. it's just a vicious cycle of pressing buttons and then the system hangs up. been trying to reach my banker for over three weeks. seems very stressful to bank with this bank. the customer service seems ridiculous. so many mistakes have been made and i've only been banking with them for a short period of time.

I feel very sorry for the people who work here. The tellers are very nice and helpful however upper management makes this place a disaster. They sit and play on their phones and avoid helping you at all costs. The manager told me to wait in line and then yelled at me cause I asked him for help.

Worst branch EVER!!!! The rude customer service is beyond my comprehension. I've been a customer of Citibank for the past 15 years and my local branches have always treated me with respect and the best customer service. I just happened to be in Beverly Hills today and stopped to make a deposit and request some small change. The one and only machine that counts bills is broken and the teller has to count the bills by hand and rather slowly! I asked for $100 in $5 bills. The teller tells me that I have to order this in advance! What kind of joke is this ? Then I asked for $20 in quarters. They said they could only give me $10 and I have to share with other clients. This was at 10:30am. What bank does not have $100 in change?? The teller told me to go somewhere else to get more change!! This branch obviously gives zero crap about its clients. Only 2 tellers working while the others prefer to spend time looking at their phones. Long line of unhappy customers. Worst experience ever at a bank so far! They managed to top Bank of America on my list of branch to avoid

Pure fraud. Its one thing when some company fraudulently charges your credit card but its quite another when your credit card company does nothing about it after filing a dispute. You want to get taken for a ride? Open a CItibank account. HORRIBLE DISHIONEST COMPANY

I'm sorry for all the people who had terrible experiences at this branch of Citibank. I've been to this branch maybe a dozen times. Fortunately I never had to deal with that rude manager. Any time I've been there, the tellers have always been friendly and efficient. Once, I had to deal with one of the employers at a desk, when my brother applied to be a co-signer on my account. He was also friendly and efficient. Sometimes there is a long wait to see a teller, but sometimes it's a short wait. Some people complain about long lines / waits at banks. I tell them we're lucky to be able to go to a bank at all; bank branches are cutting down on employees due to the growth of online banking. I hope that Citibank fires the rude employees at this branch.

just got totally ripped off by Citibank took a promotion at 0% to be paid off by October 2019 took another promotion at 0.99% to be paid off by October 2020 paid $9000 to pay off my 2019 promotion and they applied it to my 2020 promotion and moved my 2019 promotion to standard purchases and now charging 16.7% interest. someone should go to jail such crooks never work with them again.
