I think this location is good. Not as great as the one in Toluca Lake but it's good. Friendly faces. Fast customer service. And they never lost their cool. Even during COVID they were always nice to people.

Thanks to Galina Sargsyan, Private Client Investment Associate at Chase, my wife and I were able to finally able to put our capital to work! Her & Brent Bodner with Chase Private Client in Beverly Hills have demonstrated preternatural customer service and inimitable skills in our portfolio diversification - and they even helped us with setting up our own Trust, they facilitated our business 401k set up and they connected us with a very talented professional CPA! They have truly gone above & beyond! We cannot thank them enough for help us take this next step in long-term investment growth, tax management and Trust arrangements. Great work Galina & Brent!

I have been a patron of Chase bank for over 30 years and Chase Private Client for the past 5+ years then for the first time in my entire life- I was treated like a scammer by ... and his supervisor Ginny Yi so now I am in the process of closing out my accounts with Chase then transferring the funds into my other accounts at BofA so I am not mistreated by my appearance. It's like the movie Pretty Women- a person outside of their expected appearance walks in then the clerk/teller who makes nearly minimum wage gives you the disapproval head to toe look which is followed up with a pompous attitude. He looked at few checks and immediately told me he could not accept them and if he does, they'll just send it back... what?!?! He also told me to go ask a clerk at the desk about service fees in the most condescending tone so I asked for his supervisor. She was actually the teller next to us and she listened in and never spoke up. When I stepped over to her window- there was no hello or how can I help you. She immediately barked at me and refused my checks because it was written over 6 months ago and I will be charged service fees for each outdated check but she does not know how much.. what?! She hands back my entire deposit without looking at the remaining 12+ valid checks below then told me she could not help me so I left. The WORST part was walking out of the bank with my daughter then over hearing Ginny Yi snickering and laughing at us with the next client. They could not even hold their composure for few minutes while we left. Instead Ginny made her own chase private client who lives in a house only few blocks away feel like a criminal turned away for service. The worst part is, if they would have looked at my daughter's school uniform- they may have known that her middle school tuition alone is more then their annual salary. My message to management... TRAIN your staff to treat people better and don't judge a book by its cover- not in LA. Some wealthy folks also wear jeans with flip flops from time to time. And have your teller look beyond what is in front of them- underneath those few outdated small amount checks... I also had large deposits. I literally went across the street and deposited into my Bank of America account and have been using them loyally since. Shame on you Chase for not training your staff well enough to treat clients professionally with courtesy and respect. I'll never return to this branch- my first and last time!!

Chase atm is located on the corner and inside glass wall of a building. Once you walk in, you can feel how stuffy the room is. You can choose bills at this atm except it doesn't offer one dollar bills. Not good for people who want to jump out of car and get quick cash.

Worst bank ever. Everyone is too busy talking amongst themselves and they don't care to take care of the customers. Almost all the women bank tellers talk to you like you're bugging them to borrow their money. Chase should just close the "customer service" part of the bank to save themselves some money and just have more atms.

Erika Van A. made me feel like Chase was the best choice for me. I feel secured with where my money is . Her customer service was above and beyond what I expected when I walked in. I had to close all accounts with BOA and turn to Chase. I did this with NO REGRETS. Thank you SO MUCH Chase bank and Erika for making my day so much easier. Thank you for all of your help. I look forward to doing business with you.

Good location, but I experienced an unpleasant customer service laced with insulting remarks from the personnel at the window. They try to get personal information out of you, which is none of the bank's business. Not professional. I'm sure I'll be not banking here anymore.
