Young staff who have no idea what they’re doing. They seem very uneducated, very unprofessional, and very disorganized. This location is a joke. They cannot provide you change even if you have an account with them. Every concern you address, they will respond with “find it online” or “find it in the Chase app” if I knew how to, I wouldn’t have came to the actual bank. They cannot provide a link either or help you when you pull up the Chase app on your phone right in front of them. My local bank in Compton is more helpful and professional than this bank. At least they’re nice - to me anyway. They were getting in arguments with other customers the whole time I was in line ?♀️

The security guard at the front screamed at me after I opened the door (which was NOT locked), came running after me, flicked me off and threatened to call the cops and all I wanted to do was use the ATM on a Sunday…. I’ve been a chase customer since I was 3 years old, my family has been for 40 years, and I’ve never experienced such a terrible person. This individual needs to be fired immediately and is a terrible representation of what chase bank’s service has been in the past. Tall, balding, aggressive man. Please chase look into who you’re hiring and blacklist this terrible security guard.

Nice location, had to park a couple of blocks away due to a lack of parking spaces , the agent Edgar was knowledgeable on matters pertaining to chase personal checking .

Best banking experience. The entire team at this location are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. This location also offers complimentary valet parking.

Reasonably good as far as bank branches in this area go. Not terrible and not extraordinary in any sense. Serviceable, but go to a non-mega commercial bank if you can.

All the other negative reviews are right this location is the worst. Even the valet parking in the building is terrible. I recommend going somewhere else

Not the friendliest manager. Most people working at this branch are unhelpful. They act like they are doing you a huge favor by serving you. They say one thing over the phone and they say another when you walk in. Horrible experience with almost all of the folks at this branch. I would expect better out of a manager. Even if she is d*** and incompetent at least she could smile, be kind, and act like she cares. They all seem to lack proper training and ability to resolve simple issues. I've stopped going to this branch.

This branch doesn't measure up to Chase standards and expectations. There is something not right about the employees of this branch, some of them just seem not too happy about serving costumers and some of them are disorganized and inefficient The lady who seems to be the branch manager is very engaging and kind but things are just not moving smoothly.
