Don't go here.It's as simple as that.They'll give you the run around(s) in the best sense of the words, and you'll be lost and exploited at the worst.At this bank, no banker will become responsible for you, at least not at this time.They'll end up compromising at YOUR cost.And they don't answer phone calls and/or emails.You'll often be ghosted all of sudden. I'm not kidding.I'm very, very unhappy in business relationships with this particular bank.I urgently need to find ways to get out of this financial situation at this bank.

If I could I would choose zero stars.I wanted to open a new account. This is the bread and butter of banks. But maybe Chase has enough customers already.I have called the branch at 9245 Wilshire in Beverly Hills at least four times. A computer answers - standard - and takes the caller through the phone menu to get to the branch.Every time I got a recording at the branch level saying they are busy and that I should call back later. Not going to call again or bank with Chase. If that’s how they treat callers, I certainly don’t want these people in charge of my money.

Horrible customer service They are very slow The staff here are not friendly they have many bankers at this location and only have 1 working the register SMH

When I was searching for a chase branch to schedule an appointment with a banker. I was surprised with several negative online reviews from the branches in the downtown and west LA area. I happen to be in the BH area where this branch was and thought I would visit.We met with Jesse Bravo and had a great experience. Jesse completed everything I had requested. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. He was straight forward and respectful.I think customer service, especially in banking and dealing with large cash transactions is very important. I really stress this with any bank I work with. After my experience with this branch. I thought it would be helpful and necessary to give my feedback to whoever reads this review and needs to visit a branch in person. I recommend you visit this location.

I think this location is good. Not as great as the one in Toluca Lake but it's good. Friendly faces. Fast customer service. And they never lost their cool. Even during COVID they were always nice to people.

I love Chase Bank, it has an ATM at the entrance so its handy, when I go to the Vela Cellulite clinic to get a massage and facial on the 3rd floor in the same building.
