I see a lot of negative comments about the service and the security guards, but my wife and I did not experience any of this. I know things can be a hit or miss sometimes and maybe we got lucky. We were helped by Nancy and she was amazing! Very friendly and treated my wife great. She was super attentive and helpful. What you expect from places like this. If you go in ask for Nancy, you'll be treated great.

Dear Carolina Herrera Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent purchase and subsequent customer service experience with Carolina Herrera.
I received a set of perfume bottles that were clearly defective. Two bottles were completely empty, while the others contained varying amounts of perfume. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand like Carolina Herrera.
Upon contacting your customer service, I was asked to provide pictures and videos of the problem, which I promptly did through multiple emails. You then requested that I return the product using a provided return label. I complied, only to have the defective items returned to me after three days due to an incorrect return label provided by your company.
I reached out again, and a new label was sent. However, this entire process has been incredibly stressful and time-consuming. Your company's mishandling of this situation has caused me more distress than the initial defective product itself.
This experience has severely damaged my trust in Carolina Herrera. A luxury brand should prioritize customer satisfaction, not subject its customers to such a frustrating and drawn-out process when addressing product defects.
I strongly urge you to review and improve your quality control and customer service procedures. As it stands, I cannot recommend Carolina Herrera to anyone, and I will not be making any future purchases from your brand.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and a clear explanation of how you plan to prevent such issues in the future.

Shay was awesome to work with. The moment I came into the store she was friendly, accommodating, and knowledge. When picking between different items, she was very honest and never tired to upsell or pressure me. I hope Carolina Herrera knows what an awesome employee she has at her store.
