Had a horrible experience with a one of your supervisors. I was sitting down at the table enjoying my lunch break when the supervisor came out and told me I couldn’t sit there and had to leave unless I was buying something or I worked there. I told her that I worked in the same plaza she does and I was here on my lunch break and she still refused to let me sit there, she said “oh well I am on an I.T. call soooooo and we said do your thing and she responded with no y’all need to leave I’m on an I.T. call and she laughed as she said it, then said I don’t meant to kick y’all out but I’m on an I.T. call and giggled afterwards as if it’s funny that she is telling us to leave. She wasn’t being professional and I believe she said that because we are latinos. Her name is Celine

The wirst door man everrrrr i was making conversation with him that why is it that only one party was allowed in when is it a very bog store .. he just replied if you don’t like it go to another store !!! I told you dont have to be rude he basically through me out just for asking a question.. i am a very good costumer to this brand never have I ever been treated like this

Used to be one of my favorite stores to go into on rodeo but I recently had a horrible experience. I’m a personal shopper so I do a lot of sourcing one of my clients sent me a bag they wanted me to get but was sold out online but it’s my job to track it down So i did just that tracked down the last available one in the country called the store talked to a MANAGER and gave them the item number where i was told it would stay on hold for a day bc i live 25 miles away. I came in first red flag they don’t know of any hold for me second red flag is when it takes them forever to just be upfront with me and finally the breaking point was when they showed me a different bag saying the one i put on hold just sold like what horrible customer service won’t be shopping from here again. Seriously was a waste of my time and resources. I will make sure none of my clients ever shop from here again. And to think a manager was helping me very unprofessional Celine.

Beautiful store. Men's on 2nd and this season had a bunch of cool styles to shop from. So tempted to get a jacket but ended up getting what I needed, a hat.Service was friendly and checkout was made simple. Thanks for the water offer and walking us around to go through the collection

Best store on Rodeo. I came in looking for one specific pair of shoes, and my sales associate Michael searched high and low, though unfortunately they were sold out. He brought out multiple other sizes, similar models, and was eager to chat about recent collections. Other employees seemed to do the same, waiting hand and foot on anyone who walked in, regardless of the size of their bank account, and all seemed to know and wear the clothes in their day to day lives. Can't say the same for any other store I visited. We exchanged contact info for when my item pops back up and I still walked out with a new wallet (despite the personable behavior, they're still salespeople after all!). Such a delight compared to the (similarly priced) high-falutin neighbors.

I came here to pick up an item I ordered online. Since the area is busy as it is parking was a little hectic. Since I came for a pick up there is a loading zone right outside the store which made it very convenient for me. As I walked in the store I browsed a little bit, but I didn't feel welcomed at all by the SAs. Since it was my firsts time in a Celine boutique I was excited to check out, but it felt like I was just there. The most acknowledgement I got was from the doorman. When I did speak to an SA about my order he was fine.
