Buying a wedding or engagement ring is a very special and thoughtful gesture for your loved one, and you want to have a wonderful experience at the store as well. Although I did not end up buying my ring from this store, I was very impressed by the service and guidance of Bjorn, one of the store's ambassadors. He was very attentive to my fiancé's preferences and my budget, and he helped me narrow down my options for the perfect ring. I appreciate Bjorn's professionalism and kindness, and I would like to thank him for making my visit to this store memorable. Even though I did not buy my engagement ring here, I would love to come back for other purchases in the future.

The review is for the older Asian (Korean) SA. I walked in to buy a couples ring for me and my boyfriend ahead of Valentine's Day, last week Sunday. I asked to see a few items, including the classic love ring and the pave love ring, juste un clou. I tried them on and loved them and asked about scratches since I thought perhaps I should go with the pave ring so it's less noticeable. Her response was "if you are so worried about scratches, you shouldn't buy those rings." Whoa, I was just trying to make an informed decision. The SA completely turned me off with her standoffish attitude, and I didn't want to give her any business, so I ended up ordering online. I hope she learns that these types of condescending attitude that are meant to make you feel insecure and want to buy the items even more to prove their worth don't really work on people who aren't insecure. Needless to say she lost my business and my boyfriend's too.

Um, it's Cartier, 'nuf said. If you are inside and buying something, you know what I'm talking about: you will get out this world service. Selection is great and value, well, it's grossly overpriced but we support that by buying their stuff. I personally will never pay this much money for mass produced jewelry but my daughter wanted a graduation gift..... I prefer hand made, one if a kind jewelry that is either made specifically for me or hand made where no piece is alike.

Came here with an appointment to exchange my love bracelet to a different size. Upon arrival, there were two ladies at the front desk. No greeting whatsoever. I introduced myself and said I had an appointment at 10:30am. One of the ladies demanded to see my receipt right away. I had everything packed in a bag but her attitude made me feel unwelcome. After I showed her my receipt she exchanged glances with the other lady that was at the front and told me to take a seat and someone will be with me shortly. It was an awkward and uncomfortable moment. But the gentleman that helped us afterward was great and had an amazing attitude. This review is 3 stars because of the front desk. Front desk is the first thing customers see and notice. It is the facade of the store. Please hire better front desk employees. I spent my money on the brand and also the customer service. Unacceptable.

Was extremely excited to try on a Love bracelet for the first time, as Christmas is approaching and I've been eyeing them for a while. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with an associate named Mina who has almost turned me off from the brand completely :( She was rude, condescending, and acted like she didn't want to help me. She discouraged me from trying on different sized bracelets and basically ushered me out of the store. I still want the Love bracelet but need some time for this experience to leave my memory and also to find another store to purchase from

Very poor service, I brought my sun glasses with manufacturing defect and it was taken to Houston and brought back without a resolution. They said it is not been manufactured anymore and thus, they couldn’t replace my defected glared lens of my sun glasses. I raised a complaint in Arizona Fashion Square and they asked me to bring it back after I flew back to my country!

Their customer service by phone and their in-store customer service are vastly night and day. The phone rep says one thing then when you make the effort and show up at the store in this location, they treat you like you’re not important or even acknowledged. This is mainly the reason why I love luxury items but never purchase nor want to deal with the Beverly Hills retails because of their attitudes. This is so shameful and sad that anyone even needs to deal with this type of behavior. Patrick who claims to be an assistant manager is very condescending and rude. Refused to pass me along to his manager when asked to and was arguing with me about how long I was waiting. Has the service industry been so horrible that we not only have to pay inflation charges but deal with rude and u helpful associates in the process. As soon as you complain, they are quick to advise that they don’t like your tone. This is disgusting behavior and intolerable by anyone. Where is the quality control of your employees. I don’t need to be schooled by Patrick nor do I appreciate his childish tone. Speak like a professional and not like a squeaky child. The store is literally almost empty and a bunch of people twiddling their thumbs but they’re too good to actually help customers in a timely manner. They just want to create an illusion that they’re busy. Ughh….even though this is 2 blocks away from me, I now have to go to another further away location so I can actually get the adequate help I need.UPDATED TO REPLY....I called the Beverly Hills store and inquired about getting my love bracelet looked at as it keeps coming off on its own several times in the past 10 days. The gentleman informed me to go into the store then and they can see me right away so I left work and went. I had to approach Patrick to check in and his fake smile and squeaky voice was not only annoying but condescending. Without an expression of understanding kept repeating in monotone that there is a wait and the phone rep is not physically in the store so they wouldn’t know. When questioned why would you have a system set up that way to confuse and waste the client’s time, he kept repeating the same paragraph and looking at me blankly. He said the wait is about 20 minutes. I waited about 38 minutes and went up to him again and I mentioned it’s been 40 minutes and there is still waiting involved, he became combative and disrespectful by sternly schooling me that it hasn’t been 40 minutes since it was 38 minutes. He was disrespectful and honestly not a kind person to be in the service industry with no skills to diffuse a situation or patience. Then when I asked to speak with his manager, he shockingly and again passive aggressively mentioned how he is a manager. Basically, he refused me the client to speak with his manager and neglected to assist me in a kind manner. The fact that I’m a paying client and have to take this kind of abuse from a bitter and unhappy and unqualified employee is unacceptable. This is the type of behavior your establishment is promoting is gross. I’m not going to stand down to take this type of behavior. I will never return to your stores again until I get an apology from this unprofessional individual. I will be contacting all media outlets and BBB regarding this until you take action. This is not okay!!!!

Lola is the best! Everyone should come shop with her. One of the kindest and helpful sales associates I have worked with in any luxury store. She genuinely cares and wants to help you get whatever you want. Sent a few people to her and everyone had the same to say. Highly recommend!

Horrible horrible horrible experience. My fiancée and I walked in to this location looking for my wedding band, Daisy was great. We went in looking for a white gold band and asked if we could have it rhodium plated before purchasing it to which Daisy said yes we could get that taken care of. We purchased the band and then we were walked up stairs to speak to the woman at the desk that takes care of engraving the bands etc. When we sat at the table and asked how she could help us I let her know I wanted to get the band we had just purchased 5 minutes ago Rhodium dipped, this older woman with curly brown hair proceeded to condescendingly question me as to why I wanted the band Rhodium dipped almost as if she was telling me I was wrong for wanting to do it. I let her know that I knew it would wear off wanted to add it for brightness and we had jewelers in our family that recommended we do it if we were getting a white gold band. This rude lady proceeded to tell us that she was not a jeweler and still didn't understand why we wanted wanted to have that done. She then tried talking us in to wanting to upgrade to the platinum band instead rather than accommodating us and letting us purchase the service we had asked for. Had she accommodated us we would've happily walked out of this location with the band. However due to the poor customer service and condescending woman on the second floor we decided to walk back downstairs return the band for a refund. My fiancée and I made an appointment at the Topanga Canyon location where we were taken care of and treated like human beings. The only decent person the Beverly Hills location has is Daisy. Otherwise i recommend you do business at the Topanga Canyon location. Don't waste your time here, you'll be disrespected and talked down on.

Masayo was hands down a gift from god! We came into the store right before flying home from our vacation, she helped us pick out the perfect ring and exceeded our expectations, especially the follow up afterwards! Thank you Masayo!

My wife and I were reassured by an employee that someone would help us at the women's watches display; however, after 15 minutes of waiting for assistance, we up and left. We were disappointed by the poor customer service.

I have a knot in my stomach with my experience with Cartier in NYC Fifth Avenue. After servicing my watch and being ripped off and not receiving a refund as promised for being chargedFor a battery replacement which they charged me twice is unsettling to me. It's the poor customer service and distrust that I now have with Cartier. They scam customers and I have to say it sickens me to have their watch. I do not feel any pride in wearing their brand. I will Never purchase another piece from them again. I will definitely warn family, friends and work associates and anyone I come across. Just horrific!!!

Their online store is TERRRRRRIBLE!!!!!! Their Customer Service Reps are even worse. I would caution potential customers to carefully consider their purchase from Cartier online, especially if reliability and responsive customer support are essential to them.This experience has been extremely disappointing with Cartier. It has left me beyond frustrated and dissatisfied. Their Customer Service process has been far from smooth. Their response time was sluggish, and when they did reply, I received vague and unhelpful information. It was incredibly frustrating to receive automated responses that didn't address any of my concerns.Despite my efforts to get a resolution, my package remained undelivered, and their customer service did not offer any concrete solutions or compensation for the inconvenience caused. The lack of accountability for never receiving my package and failure to rectify the situation further added to my disappointment.As a long-time admirer of Cartier's exquisite craftsmanship and renowned reputation, this experience was unexpected and left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. Do not buy into their b******** The inability to deliver the package, plus have FedEd say that someone picked up the package when we did not, coupled with subpar customer service has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the brand. Again -- Horrible!!!!! Cartier has been extremely disappointing, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.

The moment I stepped in the store for my scheduled appointment I was treated like I belonged there. I was treated with class! I must say that I felt like a Princess.....My sales associate Oscar Salcedo was awesome and he can be reached via email:
[email protected] He was very informative, polite, we had great conversation, he provided me with free items, complimentary chocolates and Evian water...The presentation alone was of class! Yes yes I added the love to my collection. The best part was Oscar and I together with brotherly LOVE clamped my bracelet as it's not a good idea to put on a love bracelet for the first time alone! "Airhug" Oscar I shall see you soon. You made me feel special.

Bought a 1k pair of glasses with lifetime guarantee except did you know you have to wait EIGHT MONTHS FOR THEM TO TIGHTEN A SCREW? JOKERS! I'll never buy anything more significant from this brand, ever.Wonder if your PR department will also think this is a joke.
