I was extremely disappointed when I took my daughter after her graduation to Cartier on Rodeo Drive in my neighborhoods to buy her a bracelet . As a valued customer of Cartier
I expected same service as i get from the most prestigious store in my town ….. I am in shocked & disappointed to say the least ……… I was not expecting what I experienced today… I believe the salesperson does not belong to Cartier of Beverly Hills. I believe her name was Mrs. Young or Loung.

Very weak customer service. I would never go back again. They exchange my bracelet with brand new one, but it took almost about three months and again they gave me the wrong receipt wrong address wrong name and they never follow up. I called them three times I showed up at the store two times. The manager name is Maureen she messed up my everything.
I didn’t they give me my receipt with the wrong address and I was so pissed and I just left the store.

Had such a lovely ring shopping experience here with Lola!! Easy to make appointments online and she reached out two days beforehand to check in which I really appreciated. She was professional, really knowledgeable, and fully attentive to us. Not only does she know the products and their variations inside out, she was able to listen to our preferences and make suggestions to products. This made it extremely personal and such a fun visit!! I highly recommend asking for her if you are at this location. We ended up purchasing two rings from here and they definitely won’t be our last :)

I wish I could leave more stars. Absolutely loved this location. First time in here, extremely friendly staff. Loved the gentleman that had helped me. I cannot remember his name, but I would return, and highly recommend, I arrived on a weekday morning and parking was very simple, but I could definitely see it being difficult in the afternoon or weekend. Very clean store, two stories and so so so many options. Will return and highly recommend.

I would advise NOT to buy anything from this store that you do not walk out with.
Beverly Hills Cartier is a sickening disappointment and truly the opposite of a luxury experience. It was been 6 months and NO one has contacted me back each time I contact to send the item that was ordered. Your calls to this store will be sent to a call center where they tell you they will call you back in 24-48 hours yet I have done this over 5 times with NO CALL BACK.
I purchased an item in August and received an email from someone in September informing me that the item was in. It is MARCH and no one has contacted me back. I emailed back four times, with the last time getting an email saying the email is no longer a functional email. Why is there no way to reach ANYONE to send out the item?

Worst experience ever. Been other Cartier stores but this Cartier provides the most unrespectful and unprofessional customer services at all.
I bought a Santos Dumont watch for my fiancé's birthday gift, but got a refund right after the day I bought. From buying to getting a refund, it was totally horrible experience.
When the seller showed us the watch, as there was no protective plastic cap on the watch and the leather looks worn multiple times, I was asking her if this was a new watch or not. All she said is it is "brand-new", no other explainations. When we decided to buy that watch, she was unpleasant to do gift-wrapping. No quality check as well. No explanation about how to care, when to change the battery, etc.
Though we were not pleasant with the service, and even with the uncertainty, we were trying to be nice and bought the watch because it was my fiancé's birthday and did not ruin her day.
However, when my fiance was unboxing at the hotel, we found there are minor scratches on the steel of the body and one major scratch on the leather.
When we tried to get a refund, she said nothing about the watch with the scratch we bought nor the situation that she made us to come again for a refund, even she knew we were visiting and leaving on that day, but what she just did is showing another watch saying "it is a brand new" again. After my fiance decided not to take that new watch as she could not trust the seller anymore, she kept asking us why we "what is the problem of THIS watch?" And kept trying to sell it again.
Is this what Cartier tries to deliver to the customer? Is this what customers expect when to buy high-end brand watches?
If you want to experience the high-end quality of the service for buying luxuries, what you pay for, this is not the right store you want to try.
If this is the only place you have near around, then at least you SHOULD avoid this old lady with curly hair and glasses. All she cared about was selling and additional accs. Oh, special thanks to her for ruining my fiancé's birthday.

Inside, there is no wall with the inscription Cartier, against which you can take pictures and selfies.
They pack the goods very nicely.
