I had an extremely disappointing experience at the pharmacy. Despite arriving at 9 am, and being advised of an initial 10 minute wait, Arlene at the front desk provided minimal communication. After waiting for my order, she prioritized not one, but two phone calls over assisting me, putting up a finger to communicate to me to hold on until she finishes all the incoming calls, then leaving the front counter without explanation. When she returned, still without providing me an update on my medications, she signaled for a gentleman who just entered the pharmacy offering him assistance, he had to point out my presence, I allowed him to be served. The lack of customer service continued as another staff member inquired about my name only to reveal a further 10-minute wait for my medication. Arlene's demeanor during the checkout process was unwelcoming, and her indifference to customers leaves much to be desired. I won't be returning to this pharmacy due to this unpleasant encounter.

This place is great one stop shop for rx, otc medicine, snacks, cards, toys, etc. but since it is a family owned pharmacy I do feel like the prices are slightly higher than other pharmacies such as rite-aid. Regardless though, you are paying for convenience and you are supporting small business. The staff is nice and helpful. There are also City parking lots located on Camden and Brighton that each offer free 1-2 hour parking. It is smaller than their other location just 2 blocks over but the pharmacy serves it's purpose. Never had an issue and haven't had to call more than twice to check on any rx refills.

We were filling a Rx from Cedar-Sinai and didn't expect to be home in time to go to our local pharmacy. So, the Dr suggested this one, very close. Did you know there are 2 Mickey Fine pharmacies? Ya, neither did I. Parking is crazy, unless you want to pay in the buildings. So, I ended up parking in the middle of the block, 1 street over. I pulled up Mickey's on the yelp app. I waited in line and then told the clerk I was picking up a Rx. The friendly staff told me I was at the wrong store, and very kindly gave me the address and directions to the right place. 2 blocks from where I was, and only 1 block from where I was parked. Once I got the the right store and got in line, the typical BH wanna be thought she deserved head of the line privileges - because "the girl told me my Rx was ready". Turns out it wasn't. I guess the wanna be didn't like being asked to wait her turn. She came back while I was checking out and tried to spill a large water on me. Pathetic! She managed to dump it on the floor, but didn't have the courtesy to try to clean it,or at least let the staff know so they could clean it. Next time, I'll go to a Walmart - better class of customers.

I needed travel size toothpaste for an upcoming trip, so I stopped in here. It's across the street from my office so I figured it would save me a trip driving to CVS after work. The place is small. They sell cold drinks, snacks, greeting cards, gift items, sundries, and you can also fill your prescriptions here. Unfortunately, they didn't have any toothpaste, but they have everything else...toothbrushes, dental floss, an ATM machine, and even condoms. Safety before hygiene. LOL!

Super helpful pharmacist (a lady) who goes out of her way to help even when the doctor sends the prescription to the wrong place.

Mickey Fine on Camden is the best. They have been my pharmacy for at least 9 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The pharmacist Melody is an actual angel and is always so incredibly helpful. The staff here is so kind. They actually care about you at Mickey Fine, unlike big corporate pharmacies where you are just a number.

Twice I have use Mickey Fine Beverly Hills to pick up a prescriptions and dare I say it will be the last. The first time I stood in line waiting for a prescription that I was told would be ready in 20minutes but half an hour later I was then told that they did not have the item and I will have to return 5 hours from now. Could they not have communicated that earlier? On a second prescription they said they will notify me by phone of its insurance approval or not but after they did not reach out , I called and waited on a call queuing system only for the call to drop repeatedly after my turn was reached. It's a chaos in there and it's no better trying to reach by phone. Poor service or little or no service or accountability.

Very rude person working behind the counter. I was the only person in the store browsing and was told to leave if I was not buying anything. Generally the standard is to look before you buy, but perhaps he operates by a different set of rules. Pretty much made my decision to never purchase anything here. Shame as I like to support local businesses.

This seems to be the most expensive pharmacy in all the land. I have a friend who just went there to pick up 2 very small prescriptions for ten 5mg hydrocodone and five 5mg diazepam tablets. She is not familiar with these medications and doesn't know what they usually cost, so she just paid what they charged here - which was $20 for each prescription!!! Yeah, $4 a piece for little 5mg diazepams and $2 a piece for little 5mg hydrocodone - generics. This is several times what most pharmacies sell these medications for, and literally more than people resell these for on the street!!! Shame on Camden Pharmacy for treating customers that way. I would save my money and go anywhere else.
