Went there because of an urgent need to make copies. They didn't have a lot of people in there but the two workers acted totally disinterested and annoyed at having to work. One was on some phone. Answering a phone call and dismissive of the person on the line. The other finally helped me. I was in such a hurry that when I got to the place that needed my copies I realized. They handed me the wrong documents. Had to go back. Annoying. As a business owner, I am appalled when I receive such horrible service. Someone needs to train or at least get employees. If you're in the service business, SERVE!!!!

I have. Even with this mailbox for more than 2 years. It's in a prime location near everything so I'm able to stop by my mailbox and get my other errands done at the same time. The gentleman who is always there is always welcoming and oh so kind. He always keeps my packages safe. Thank you BH Mailbox.

I never write reviews... But I created this account just to write a review about this store! I just moved in the neighborhood and was excited to have a store like this close by... BUT I will NEVER step foot in this place again! The guy that works there is a cheat and a j**** I went in to ship an item. He came to charge me $X. I decided it was too much and left. Changed my mind a couple minutes later and came to just do it, and he increased his price almost double! I was shocked at the unprofessionalism and nerve. He also had no way of substantiating his price or anything and just walked away from me when I asked him how he got to his price! Couldn't believe it. He is a rude, bitter, grumpy man and is hurting the business. There is a professional FedEx drop off center just up the street on Olympic by La Peer.

Abel is so helpful and nice. He is an expert at shippimg boxes and will try to find ways to save you the most money. This is way better than any list office or Fedex store. BH Mailbox is the best option
