LOVE the Beverly Hills hotel! All of the employees ate very welcoming great customer service. The ambiance is amazing and breathtaking definitely recommend for everyone to experience the iconic hotel at least once. Also very kid friendly ?

I had wanted to stay at the Bev Hills for such a long long time… expectations were high! Well this hotel absolutely smashed through them and some. Been lucky to stay in my fair share of beautiful hotels, but honestly nothing has come close to the service we received at this beautiful pink palace! Chloe who is head of guest relations made us feel so ridiculously special… she is the warmest loveliest little soul and she gave us the most beautiful welcome and stay! Her attention to detail was incredible and the hotel are super lucky to have her. We loved the hotel, the grounds, the food, the room and of course the pool. All the staff were so wonderful and the pool service was absolutely delightful. Enjoyed it so much that I shed a little tear leaving! Ha

Only good thing about this hotel is location. There’re lot of noise in my room, I can’t even sleep. Called three times, the answer was “ we will send an engineer over”, and it never happened. Room 343! Very disappointed, will never stay there again.

We chose The Beverly Hills Hotel for our honeymoon in LA, and it was a truly great experience. The hotel is stunning and unique, with Pierre going above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon was both special and memorable. Having stayed at numerous 5-star properties around the world, this one really stood out. We found the suite upgrade in the hotel to be more special than a bungalow in their garden.
We highly recommend The Beverly Hills Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.
