A woman employee got the recipients' last name for a mailing wrong four times. Despite four efforts by me. Each of which involved spelling out the last name. Twice had to do with me having written it down. And she got the address wrong because she added a 5 to the number in the address when I clearly wrote "S."

Says Notary. No Notary. Says Copier Svcs, Very Limited and with an ATTITUDE. Need a receipt for your drop off? No receipts for drop off. This place sucks and the owner/manager is rude and hates his job. Better off not going in at all.

I've had an address here for years now that I use as my primary business address . I travel most months of the year and Beverly Hills Postal Place makes sure I get all my mail without interruptions. I pick it up while in town from a friendly and professional staff . But one of the best services I utilize is they forward my mail to me once a month , where ever I am in the world with a quick phone call and the address I am currently . Love these guys and their great service .

This office has some lovely people working here and one rotten apple--the very short Hispanic woman who should not be in customer service. Angry and passive aggressive. I watched her fan the flames of one unhinged customer go off on another customer with her comments and behavior. She was enjoying and fueling the nasty verbal attack. She was the only one working that day or It would probably not have gone so far. Very twisted..I will stay away from this place.

Been with this place for literally 7 years and I LOVE THEM! Unbelievably good customer service. Seriously I can't imagine anyone giving this place anything less than 5 stars. Spoiled beverly hills brats are probably the culprits. I can not say enough good things about this place. One time, I was away on business, but needed my friend to pickup my mail. Maria went way out of her way to help me and made it happen. Thanks again!

Three stars because the lady was very nice and super attentive. However I sent a certified letter and paid $17.00 which is almost 145% more than going trough the actual USPS. Everyone needs to pay rent understood but seems overpriced.

Came in needing some notary help, and Andreas was super helpful. Within 10 minutes I had all my signatures notarized, packaged and waiting to be shipped out. Very convenient services, and good customer service.
