I hate this place. The hours NEVER match what they say online. They make them up as they go. It's like they never want to be there when they are supposed to. Such a waste of time and unprofessional.

Prices are reasonable. They offer UPS/FEDEX/USPS services. Main thing: your packages/mail are secure.

8/3/2021 - this place like to close early on any given day. Yelp, Google, and their own website shows closing time Mon through Fri is 5pm but I have gone there several times around 3:30 to 4:30 and they are already closed. One time I tried to go on my lunch break and they had closed for lunch, but you call to find out when they'll be back and there's no voicemail option. I have lived down the street from them for 3 years now and it's been like this for years, only to get worse after the pandemic. Very unreliable.

Mailing address at local shared/co-working space will cost you around $90-500 a month. Work from your place or from your local coffee shop and get your mail at a Beverly Hills address for a fraction of the aforementioned "office spaces". Packages and mail for myself and business have never been lost in the past 12 years here. Don't hesitate to do business at this mailbox.

I came here for two stamps because I wanted to mail two post cards. It was an impulsive decision. Who sends post cards these days? I've never sent one before so I had to do it this one time so I can get the Beverly Hills postal stamp on the post card. ^_^ This place is more of a place where you rent a mail box for all your mail and it has shipping supplies. It's a nice thing to have around when you need to your items. Good thing!
