The owner is a thief. She opened my DHL package and sent an empty box to the return department!!! She was already reported and the case is under investigation. I will never go there anymore!!!!

HORRIBLE experience at this place. I just relocated and opened a big mailbox here. Turns out, they close at 3:00 every business day and they don't open on weekends!! I came in Friday at 2:50 and the lady left before the stated time and because of this I couldn't retrieve very important packages for my business. USPS also sent me a notification stating that they couldn't deliver on a business day at 1:44 PM! So, I came and talk to the owner and asked to cancel the mailbox (I have only had it one day) but she refused. She says that the money is not refundable so I just lost $220 plus a client that went away because I couldn't deliver his product! I should have opened at UPS, they have great service and hours of operation all week. Now I will open with them and lose the money that I wasted by trusting this people. Stay away from this place!

Karen closes the store at 3pm now. USPS, FED X and UPS delivers after she closes. It's impossible to get my mail now. She use to close at 5pm until February which was great. I asked her why she closes early she just looked at me funny and said those are the new hours. I am seriously considering closing my box there and go to the one on pico. Karen doesn't care about her business or her customers. She should sell it or hire someone to work actual business hours.

Nitzan and his crew where phenomenal. They installed TV's and our new sound system in our house! He came out to give us the estimate and started the job the very next morning. The picture does not do justice. They where neat and fast. Definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

i usually go here if im on the go and need to make a copy of a key or ship something, the blonde hair lady that works there is amazing, she is always kind and helpful, lot of celebrities have mailboxes here and i have witnessed them coming in to grab their packages!
