This store is fun to visit. Every time my friends visit from Austin, we visit Dom. He’s got a plethora of information about all the products and super fun to talk to. The leather is so soft and very hard to resist not purchasing something. I’m holding out for my forever motorcycle jacket that will match my bike. Tucked off the beaten path of Beverly Hills and easy to get to. You can park right across the street and avoid the traffic near all the other shops. Great store and great people!

I discovered Benheart while on a trip to Italy in October 2021. There was a pair of shoes I fell in love but which weren’t available in my size. So I purchased a different pair instead and they soon became one of the best purchased I’ve ever made. The quality is genuinely fantastic and worth the premium you’ll pay for them.At the time, the salesperson in Rome mentioned that there was a branch in Beverly Hills that I could check to see if they had the style I was looking for. Reluctant to spend money on a second pair, I ignored the suggestion at first. Then after a few months in the pair I purchased I called the Beverly Hills location… They didn’t have the style in my size at the time, but were in the process of sourcing more. It took some time and I sort of forgot about it. Six months later I got an email from the same person I originally spoke to telling me that the exact style and size I had asked for had arrived and that they were on hold for me if I wanted them. Having spent another six months in the best pair of shoes I’ve ever owned, I didn’t hesitate. A few days later the new pair arrived via free priory shipping and I couldn’t be happier!Amazing customer service and the highest quality product! I highly recommend!

Best shoes ever! I bought my pair in Italy and have never visited this store but I definitely will! So glad I splurged and got me a pair. Always a pleasure to support my Moroccan brother ????

Watch the BenheartUsa lives with Dom and he goes over all the products in the store in great detail he will show you them over and over in different colors designs that when your ready to make your purchase your sure your gonna love it on arrival the customer service is easy breezy you communicate on the dm and he finishes with a follow-up phone call for your card info and any additional questions I received my Nero peek a book heels 3 days later can't wait for my next purchase they fit like a glove and comfy and soft love them

I first discovered Benheart when I was in Florence. After buying a jacket from an incredible salesman, I was greeted by the energetic owner, Ben. With him was a woman who was planning to open up a branch in Beverley hills. Now it seems that her venture was a success and that the spirit carried over from Italy. I ordered a wallet from this location and once again the customer service and quality was phenomenal! Keep up the good work!
