“As a recent transplant to Southern California, coming from Northern California, finding a branch of my bank that I felt comfortable in was a very important to me and that's exactly what I found at this branch of bank of the west African traveling experience at the Burbank location where due to a computer issue, I was unable to withdraw any money, and the tellers seem to have little to no concern that I would not be able to make it to another branch to withdraw money that I needed for my lodging that night. It was refreshing and compassionate to have stumbled across this branch. Every time I've been there all the employees have Bri with me with a smile on and genuine conversation. They truly make going to the bank an enjoyable errand.”

“This is a wonderful branch. I've been to many of those near me and found them either dirty or understaffed or closed when the hours indicated they would be open. Covid caused my two closest branch to close. That said, what a lovely experience to deal with the branch in Beverly Hills. Friendly, professional, quick service, easy parking and a strong recommendation. Worth f=driving farther for. I read other reviews and didn't notice anything negative.”

“I have my business account and line of credit at this Beverly Hills branch. They have excellent customer service, great prices and very easy to work with.Vera is the bank supervisor and so sweet and fast to work with.There's lots of language speakers here, English, Farsi and Russian if you need too.They have great ATM's with live American customer service too and parking in the back is validated.Finally I always get a cup of coffee which is complimentary. It's a clean bank with great staff.”

“I just opened an account with US Bank and since I was in Beverly Hills anyway (no big deal lol) and needed to make a deposit I stopped in. First of all, the branch SMELLS GOOD. Never in a lifetime have I been to a financial institution with ITS OWN SIGNATURE SCENT! I had to wait a little bit for a teller but the gentleman who assisted me is the most elegant man I have ever encountered in any setting! He is kind, helpful and simply a delight. The whole place is luxury and even though all I have is a baby savings account I was treated like a VIP. 10/10 will return.”

I happen to be in the BH area where this branch was and thought I would visit.We met with Jesse Bravo and had a great experience. Jesse completed everything I had requested. He took his time with us and answered all our questions. He was straight forward and respectful.I think customer service, especially in banking and dealing with large cash transactions is very important. I really stress this with any bank I work with. “From the moment we walked in everyone was amazing, starting with the security guard to the employees there. We sat down waiting to see something, and we were approached by two different employees asking us if we were being taken care of. Then I sat down with the banker Tom Ferenczi and he made the whole process for me and my sister so easy and smooth. And he was very friendly and professional, more people need to be like this. His professionalism and positive attitude is unbeatable. I've been to other Wells Fargo branches, specifically the one in West Hollywood on sunset blvd and they could learn from this branch.”
