I need to go in here today to open an account. After reading the reviews I’m not sure I want to. I tried calling earlier to set up an appointment but the answering service just hung up on me and said everyone is busy - but then just hung up on me ??. Not getting a good vibe guys

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. My husband and I went in person with our marriage license that states my legal name change in order to deposit our wedding checks. We had previously deposited checks into this joint account at a different Bank of America location with ZERO problem. The woman who runs this branch was incredibly rude and refused to deposit money into our established joint bank account because my marriage license, and changed name on SSC weren’t enough “proof” that my name had changed. She lied and said it was too much of a risk to the bank. On BoA website it states the ONLY necessary document to deposit these checks is a marriage certificate. We were refused service as PLATINUM boa members because some lady doesn’t know the banks own protocol. Absolutely disgusting. SHE WAS THE WORST. Never go here. So unhelpful and disrespectful.

Horrible branch . Manager is an idiot woman who doesn’t know how to behave with customers.She Refused to provide services for customers . Discrimination 100% .people don’t go to that brunch . Middle East people working who only nice to their own people . She has to to be fired !!!! 8 people was working at the brunch and all of them are lazy , hanging around without helping people with their request . All staff has to be change. Look at those two crazy faces . The refuse to provide services to customers. I can’t believe in USA I was experienced this kind of service . Those two crazy woman refuse to provide their name , I m not the only one who experienced this issue

Terrible! I have been trying to make appointments for my boss to get a family safety deposit box out. They keep canceling the appointments. They will call my boss early in the morning and leave a message to call them back. They never leave an extension. They use some Cisco Directory when you call and it wants you to spell out the employee name. Of course the system says there is no employee by that name. Then you try to dial 0 for assistance, and it hangs up! Try to call the branch directly, you get a message that all employees are busy. This has gone on for almost a month. This is pure insanity and it's like they are holding your property hostage.

How are these 2 individuals still working here? From previous posts, I see I'm not the only one that has been mistreated at this branch. I went in today to open a safety deposit box. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by this lady who claimed to be the branch manager. I have come to find out her name is Guadalupe. She refused to give me her name. She became upset because 1. My appointment was in August (False, my first contact was on 09/05. Then she and the teller walk behind the teller so that I can reschedule. As I'm speaking to the teller, she's interjecting and stating that my appointment was on 09/22. I tell her that I have never spoken to her. The teller then tells me, She's my manager I tell her everything. I said, she's YOUR manager not mine. At which point the teller yells, HEY! I'M DONE! Teller then refuses to make an appointment to open the safety deposit box that I had been made aware of by BoA estate services.No one in that branch has the authority to refuse access to my safety deposit box. It's the wild west and these 2 women should be terminated effective immediately. It is clear that this is not the first time, and it won't be the last, that they have treated customers in a despicable manner.Their actions to fail to refuse access to MY safety deposit box amounts to conversion. Bank of America management needs to be made aware of what's going on with this branch.Since they both refused to give me their names, I took their pictures so that their behavior can be addressed by their superiors.

Worst branch ever. I went to deposit 2 checks. I was number 3 in line and i still was waiting more than 15mins. Only one person was helping customer. Very slow and not very helpful stuff.

Their terminals for cash withdrawal at the cash desks do not work for again. Each time they say they are waiting for a repairman. Why do we pay a monthly maintenance fee? Where is the antimonopoly committee looking?

EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER for no reason. I came in with a lot of cash that I needed to exchange, which is a normal thing I do two or three times a month and I have an account with Bank of America. The teller just looked at my cash and didn’t even touch it, and she said to me “oh you’re going to make me work today”, and then called over the manager. I went to this location because I was running errands out of town and this fat Mexican lady with a long black pony tail and red shirt was extremely rude with me and telling me that this location doesn’t exchange cash b/c they don’t carry that much she asked me how much cash it was and I said idk b/c I didn’t have the exact amount but it was rubber banded neatly and they put it in the counter and show me anyways. I told them never mind and I will just go somewhere else where they are not rude to me and started to take my cash back. When I defended myself to her for being rude to me, she continued to berate me about how much my cash I have and said “Well you should know” in the most annoying/rude tone over and over again, and then SHE called ME rude and then threatened to report my account. I’ve NEVER had someone be so rude to me for literally no reason!!!$ and then she got upset when I defended myself!!! ??? I’ve literally been with Bank of America since 2007, but I think it’s time to change. ABSOLUTE TRASH

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a bank. The employees were rude and unhelpful. The Merrill edge staff was empathetic but unable to help. I will literally be closing my bank account because of this.

I see why this branch has 2 stars. Walked in today for a very simple request as a bank customer. But that really doesn't hold much water nowadays. The teller at the window Lupe has a very smart attitude.

Most understaffed location I've ever been to. Employees are incredibly nice, but definitely don't come unless you have at least an hour free. Also just an FYI this is a dog friendly location (not just for service animals) so great if you want to bring your dog, not great if having a pitbull barking at you in an enclosed space makes you uncomfortable.
