I will NEVER do business with this Bank!!! They stole the contents of an owner's Safety Deposit box after the owner passed away rather than handing over the contents of the box to the the rightfull inheritors of the will; these bankers are absolute scum-bags according to the story I was told!!!! (The LA Police refused to investigate this incident and the bank would NOT show the video footage of them opening the box, but they claimed nothing was inside it! ?♂️) For more info: listen to the end of Ben Gleib's recent appearance on the Adam Carolla podcast)

I do not recommend Bank of America in General. I did the mistake to open an account with them. Expensive hidden charges, terrible customer service, their phones is only machines and you never get to do what you called for since their system is totally unfriendly! Ive been trying to close my account for a week now by phone... there is no way to reach them out.

Ms. Sofie was a very helpful lady who has a cheerful attitude. I had a problem with online banking and needed to call to the given number. She was there for me to make the verification process so much easier. I had a great service and my problem was solved. Thank you very much.

Visited on July 14, 2023 and was serviced by Sophie Ward. Within an hour we opened Checking and Savings account for me and my wife as well as ordered Debit cards.Sophie did an amazing job and provided in-depth consultation on all matters. We went out super pleased with the service received. Highly recommend Sophie as the banking relationship manager for any affairs.

I went to this bank, planning to open an account with their promotion. The guy standing at the front reception desk asked what I wanted to do. Since I carried an european accent, he questioned whether I spoke English in an insulting way, given that he himself does not look like a main trend American. I simply left this place.

Misleading me back in Fort with the information. Do your job and be knowledgeable people. That's why we were there to asked you not to let us wait like forever. Not accommodating and not friendly at all. I was confused about information, no one explained it at all! You're not doing your job as good as a banker people.

Ms. Sophie W. at this branch gave me excellent customer service today as she kindly processed my voluminous currency deposits from vending machines. She treated me as though I were an important customer, rather than as just the lowly technician tasked with depositing some out-of-state corporation's dough (which I am). She even gave me a human being's email address for the purpose of requesting appointments in the future for this type of time-consuming deposit work. That was an awesome touch of customer service, because you know, when you call a bank, you can never get a human, right? Especially if you are not even the account holder. Which I'm not. And yet I was treated well here. Feels like, hey, maybe life ain't so bad after all, eh?

Definitely one of the nicer looking bank of America branches I've been to, but the parking situation is really inconvenient.

This rating is mainly for Banker Ivan Beltran. I came into this bank after I had gotten the run around from two other BofA locations nearby. I was trying to do a wire transfer and it just seemed like they weren't trying to help. I let one of the tellers know that I needed to do this ASAP and she asked for assistance and Ivan was more than willing to help me out even after knowing my frustration. He was patient and made sure I was taken care of. Surrounding banks need more people like him working to provide better service than what is being given.

oesnt fix their hours or notify that they are closed. really annoying to deal with as a customer.
