The ATM in the lobby rejected my card so I went to the window, two tellers at the window and a suit behind them. I was the only one in line and went to the first window. No one acknowledged my presence, but they freely talked between themselves socially without looking up. I went to the floor attendant and asked if I could get assistance as I couldn't get help at the tellers, she waived me to the windows and said there are two tellers there they can help you. Then she resumed her socializing with a patron. I reminded her that I could not get help at the window. She asked to see my card and informed me that it had expired. Apparently, she chose that moment to accuse me to disrespectfully taking the card out of her hand and started a rant about my manner and criticizing me as person. Then went away with her friend and continued to carry on about me. Thank you BofA for showing me what customer service standards are for you at this branch.

Bank of America at 9440 South Santa Monica Blvd. Beverly Hills, Ca. 90210Racial profiling is going on in this bank.Went in to conduct a credit card cash advance transaction , ( One of the oldest standing transactions around, which I verified that they were able to conduct the transaction by speaking to Bank of America representative on the phone in customer service & they validated that you could get a cash advance by showing the card & valid ID.employees said no such thing existed wow it's clearly on their website.please keep your employees updated.BOFA you did it again, misconduct!

Discriminates against people with disabilities. If you are disabled you can expect for this bank to put a 7 day hold on any local checks you deposit even if they consider you a preferred customer. It doesn't matter if you've never deposited a bad check in your life. Bank of America considers anyone disabled high risk therefore they will hold on to your money as long as they can get away with it. If you are not disabled your funds will be released with a few days but disabled people have to wait at least a week for local checks. Tried to get the check back so I could walk across the street and cash the check at the bank it was drawn on but they refused to return it to me saying I had to wait a week.

This is a wonderful branch. I've been to many of those near me and found them either dirty or understaffed or closed when the hours indicated they would be open. Covid caused my two closest branch to close. That said, what a lovely experience to deal with the branch in Beverly Hills. Friendly, professional, quick service, easy parking and a strong recommendation. Worth f=driving farther for. I read other reviews and didn't notice anything negative.

I have been with Bank of America for 25 years. They are the WORST bank ever ! Anytime there is an issue, such as fraud or someone hacking into your account, they will make sure give you the run around. No one here cares. I was told on the phone to go in person , then when I went they told me no I had to call someone in a specific department and no one in the bank could help me. When you call the customer service you're transferred around over and over till you just get disconnected. If you have 10 million in your account but want to get treated like s**** then go to Bank of America.
