Filthy vehicle with rotten food between seat and console (noticed horrible smell after getting on highway which led to the disgusting discovery.It had faulty safety system, low tire pressure sensor issues which would randomly pop up while driving. Front desk are the worst I have ever seen at any rental car company by far and I have been an Avis preferred member for over a decade. I will never rent here again.

Only one suburban was available, even no option of upgrade with a fee for PC member. Came back after half an hour and saw the staff asking another customer if they would like to take the MB GLS. I stopped by the next day and was told there was still no other car to switch to. There were at least 5+ additional cars parked in since the previous day.

Car was fine, but only one car available despite a reservation! Service was terrible. Employees have not been trained and don't know how to handle even one customer at a time, let alone a few waiting.

I had a rental contract for $660 for a week. I returned the car four days early to the airport location 4 miles away from the pickup. I had called and asked if I could change drop off and was told yes. I then got a bill for $1662. Now they want and a thousand dollars extra HUH???. That is a real pain and waste of my time, despite calling a number of time.

The rental location did not have the type of car I had reserved (a luxury sedan); indeed they had no sedans of any kind.

We booked and pre-paid for a Mustang for our honeymoon road trip - a lifelong dream of ours - we turned up on the day with all our luggage and were told not only was there no Mustang, there was not even one car there available to rent - 4 other customers were also in the office who had been told the same thing. Then had to wait 5 days for a refund. What exactly is the point in reserving a car if the car is not in fact reserved? A call or email to warn us this was the case would have been the least they could do. Shocking service which cast a shadow over our honeymoon.

Despite years of loyalty, and turning a blind eye to poor service, dirty cars that smelled of weed, cars not being ready on time, and disorganized staff, my latest experience with this branch of Avis was so terrible that it was almost funny. I was escalated to the owner of the franchise whose behavior was unconstructive, threatening and unhelpful to put it mildly. Trying to get to Avis headquarters to report this incident is impossible. The system is impenetrable.

Na een paar maanden wachten heb ik contact met Avis uit Beverly Hills over mijn borg. Want die heb ik nooit terug gekregen. Na een paar e-mails heen en weer komen ze opeens tot de conclusie dat ik nog even 219$ opeens moet betalen?Ze zetten er ook niet even bij voor wat. terwijl ik alles netjes heb betaald. De auto, borg en de auto met volle tank terug gebracht en in nette staat zoals het hoort.Andere verhuurbedrijven nog nooit problemen mee gehad.Dus voor mij 1x en nooit meer naar Avis

Terrible. So many broken cars and slow service. I swapped out a car because the first one didn't have basic safety features and as I had family waiting in the car the one service person took someone else in middle of helping me and had us wait longer. He seemed truly disinterested in being at all helpful.

Been to some bad Avis locations before but this is the worse … and i happen to be a branch manager for a different city/state. They have terrible customer service and an unwillingness to help, especially if you didn’t pick up your rental there.Made reservations for a full size at an airport, was given a sports car as an alternate (due to limited availability) so I looked into swapping it at another location because i wanted what i reserved for. Sports cars eat too much gas and too flashy for me. That’s how I ended up at this location.

This has to be the worst Avis that I have been to. The first car assigned to me had a flat tire. The second car has interior lights that wouldn't turn off and undercarriage damage. Not to mention the shuttles are sparse, having watched 4 National buses go by in the same period of time.

One of the all time worst car experiences ever. Lousy old car and not the service I look forward to as a presidential amex black card holder. Very dissatisfied
