Wonderful experience working with Kimberly, Will and Ari. Communication was excellent. Comfortable environment too. Once you sit back and take in what the brand is offering, as a journey, it all makes sense, you join the family, the AP life. Excited for what lies ahead. An A+++++ grade for the Beverly Hills boutique.

Update: Ebony came through with the Code11.59 and my oh my pictures do not do it justice. Thank you so much for welcoming me to the AP family, Ebony. Muchos love and see you soon!From the very get go when I caught Ebony on the phone -- I knew she was gonna be a chill, down-to-earth person to work with. She help me set up the appointment and on that day, she was extremely kind and warm to my family; a wifey, 1 year old, and 3 year old.She took down some key personal details and showed me a couple pieces -- the Offshore, Code 11.59, men and women's Royal Oak. In the end, I explained to her that while the Offshores are nice, it would be a waste for me to attempt to acquire one -- simply because I'm gravitated to the Code 11.59 that much more. I'd rather someone who really appreciates the Offshore to get their hands on it - just the honest truth.Ebony was transparent in the process, and set realistic expectations with regards to timeline and pieces that needed to be acquired. It's always nice to have these details up front, rather than the usual runaround.Gonna bring my father in laws RO Chrono to get it adjusted down here soon, but until then - patiently waiting for that 11.59!

I recently visited AP Beverly Hills for the first time, and it was truly a stellar experience. As a watch collector who has dealt with many boutiques, this one stands out. Christian, my SA, provided exceptional service. He expertly navigated me through several stunning pieces, patiently sharing insights into the intricate world of Audemars Piguet. His passion for the brand and extensive knowledge of AP’s history added an educational touch to my visit. The boutique exudes a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this boutique for both seasoned collectors and those new to the watch world!

Incredible staff representing an incredible brand. Hugely grateful towards Ebony for taking care of me during my many visits. I cannot speak highly enough about Ebony's professionalism, passion, and friendliness. You can travel around the world and visit Boutique's, but you will not get the same level of service and care like you would here at Beverly Hills (and especially with Ebony).If you are looking to get in to Audemars Piguet, then this would be the single best boutique to learn about the brand and develop a relationship. There is absolutely no trade-offs with quality of service, friendliness, professionalism, and transparency. Ebony recognized my family and me as soon as we walked in to the boutique, despite these visits being almost 6 years apart! She cares for her customers and values their experience with her and the brand; and this only makes me more proud to be her customer.I will vouch for Ebony for as long as this Boutique is here, but I am certain that your experience will be equally as great with any other sales associate.Do not hesitate to go in to this boutique. They will make your AP watch collecting journey a memorable and worthwhile experience.

I’m so impressed with this boutique and their level of customer service. The entire staff is so welcoming from the first very moment they open the door for you through the entire process. I was fortunate to work with William who made me feel so comfortable in the store and really went above and beyond to educate me about my watch and make sure I was happy with everything being done to service it. He really made me feel like a valued guest which isn’t always the case in luxury retail. Great store- would absolutely recommend.

Where do I start? I walked into BeverlyHills AP store about a year ago and I got a chance to meet Ari. He helped me out so much and answered a million questions that I had(probably a lot of duplicates). What made it the best experience over the next few visits was how he remembered everything that we chatted about previously. I know how it is with how many people go in and out of that store, and how many clients he has as well too. When I got the call today I was like a little kid getting his first action figure. I drove down immediately to the store, and again he made the experience so much better. The service, the staff, the ambiance it was all worth it.Thank you again Ari you were amazing in all of your help I love my watch and I think I might sleep with it on today.

Highly recommend the AP Boutique on Rodeo! Professional, courteous service and they even serve you a glass of champagne or a Diet Coke if you wish. The staff there are the best. Make sure to call first and make an appointment before 4:30.

I have purchased many watches from many different luxury brands. Christian provided one of the best buying experiences of my life. This is coming from a General Manager of a Toyota dealership with high expectations. Christian followed up with me during the entire buying process. I believe the manager is Ari, who is always pleasant and professional. The entire staff was every accommodating during my visits. The security guard seemed trained in customer experience as well. I cannot thank Christian and Ari enough.

I came to this store for the first time in May and it was a great experience. We were received by Ebony, very good service and perfect environment. The operation explained each model, and she no impatience because of our language problem. Let me know more about the brand's handicraft arts and culture.nothing could be better for someone who loves watches.

Visited the boutique with a friend in March….. The entire staff was incredibly friendly & attentive, particularly Ari. We tried on several timepieces and were given very detailed descriptions information about each timepiece as well as the brand history. Can’t wait for my next visit to AP Beverly Hills.
