Worst customer service , rude salesman who thinks he owns the store because he has been working there for 30 years . A foreign owner who is never there , this is the second bath store I had the worst experience. I finally got the service and customer service that I wanted at West side Bath. They are good but trying to find a showroom that speaks your language is tough. Ardy's bath is also on hold with many vendors because they are probably behind in payment. Daniel Denton should be fired for losing so many customers. A major rude person who thinks the owner is so desperately need him that he can do anything he wants. Well Mr Dented Denton you just lost a 38 thousand dollar order .

Danny saved my life and made the process so easy for me on my new construction home! He answered my calls on the first ring and as well as organized/arranged everything for pickup ( it was alot of stuff) he also gave me some design advice which came out so beautiful. he had a great eye for what I was looking for I already referred some friends but I will be going back for life. god bless danny

Rude Lady!! My husband and I went to Shop for bathroom & kitchen fixtures, when we asked the lady if she can give us a price she answered rudely and responded with" Im very busy, I can only answer 1 question"(keep in mind there was no customers in the store). It would've been understandable if the store was busy ,but it was empty. I must say that when we first came in the gentleman near the entrance was very nice and greeted us, but when I passed by the lady on the desk next to him she didn't even respond to us when I said hello to her, I should've known better than to ask her any questions at all. Too bad because we actually ended up spending over 10k at another store. I feel sorry for the person that pays this lady.

The best customer service there is! Ardy took care of me personally and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Took me step by step and really took his time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!

My family and I love this Ardy Bath Collection location. The selection here is great and they have good customer service. The cafeteria selection isn't bad either. Quick warning.

I purchased all the hardware for a new construction house and Ardy was great to work with. He came to the site to answer questions when we needed him and he price was very reasonable. I personally had a great experience and highly recommend him.

Appalling interaction with Daniel Denton - unbelievably RUDE! Extremely unprofessional and obviously needs to be trained on "common courtesy" and "manners". One 40 second call with Denton and I knew I would never do business with Ardy's.

Ardy's has a wide range of in-stock product so if you're in a pinch you can often pick up fixtures and rough-in plumbing the same day!
