In the past I’ve had some rough experiences with employees at Alo, but this place is different. I had the most incredible experience at this location! I met some girls, Mika and Ella, their warmth and kindness were a breath of fresh air. They not only helped me find the perfect products but also took the time to educate me on beauty and their offerings. Their care and consideration and knowledge on the beauty products and athletic-wear left me feeling valued and feeling confident. Mika recommended a magnesium spray that I ended up purchasing, and I couldn't be happier with it. Her sweetness made my day. I’d say that If you're looking for outstanding service and a genuinely uplifting experience for skincare, ask for Mika at the Beverly Hills Alo. Ella is an absolute gem and made my visit worth it Thank you Alo for your exceptional service and for brightening my day AND my SKIN!

The Beverly Hills store has the worst customer service. You can call them 100 times they will not answer.

Just had a horribly rude experience on the phone. Called for item in stock and got hung up on mid-sentence. Girl does not need a cocky little attitude. Hire better employees Alo. hope she gets fired

Bought a 2 tank tops and t shirt online.
After 6 months, EVERY ONE of the items either tore in the washing machine or fell apart.
Took them to this store to exchange but no help was given because they were purchased online????

It’s all marketing, but the quality is horrible. They also do not do a quality guarantee like Lululemon. Recently was gifted an item here, and after one wash, it started pilling. Brought the article in, and unless the gift giver gave me a receipt, they were not honor it. They wouldn’t even admit that their quality is inferior.

I am truly disheartened by the experience I had at this location from Julia Saghian and Raul Martinez. I went to the store on November 10th and purchased 8 items. I mistakenly got the wrong size due to my pregnancy, as I am still figuring out my comfort level in clothes. I went back first thing Sunday morning on November 12th asking for a simple size exchange and they claimed my items were in severely worn condition after 1 day. They gave me the hardest time and were extremely rude for a simple sizing up. The manager placed a ban on my account claiming I am a serial returner due to the fact that I am pregnant and needed a simple size exchange. I emailed Alo headquarters about 10 days ago and there has been no response.
Look carefully before buying from this store. I took photos of merchandise they were selling to customers and there needs to be quality control.

The worst service I have ever received, I asked the staff for information about sizes and other items and they did not seem very interested in helping me, they even left me with the question in the air and left without answering me

Great brand, but quite disappointing service. I asked for a different size in a shirt (strangely they only had smalls on display) and the salesperson said "Let me check in the back." I waited 30 minutes for her to return (mainly out of curiosity to what happened to her after the first 15 minutes). She never returned. When I asked the cashier, her response was "Maybe she went to lunch." Not sure what is happening over there, but it doesn't instill much desire to shop there. The teenage-looking manager chimed in as I was leaving to say "thanks for coming in today" robotically.
