Terrible experience, rude and unhelpful staff with terrible attitude. I have been left countless times in a waiting room in pain for hours with no one to help me. Clearly not an environment where anyone is happy.

The front desk staff are efficient and friendly. They expedited my check-in and got me back for my vitals in less than 10 minutes. The nurse who checked my vitals and reviewed my current meds was also friendly and efficient. The doctor came in to see me within 10 minutes of being put into the examining room. She was kind and compassionate. She was knowledgeable and explained what was happening and how to treat me. I received an injection and given medication to go.This was a wonderful experience and the doctor visit could not have been anymore efficient. Everyone who works at this Urgent Care clinic was fantastic.Thank you for the great care!

This place used to be completely different. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. The staff is obnoxiously rude and stuck up. Especially Jasmine who works at the front office. She has serious issues communicating with patients. She is a terrible fit for that position and her intentions are suspect. She and her buddy Joselyn even intentionally put a patient in front of me who checked in after me. How do I know? I attempted to help the man navigate the check in process! They then lied to my face about that when I mentioned it. As always, Dr Darabi is beyond amazing and caring. This star is solely due to her service. The staff needs to keep in mind that people are not waiting for ice cream; they’re waiting for healthcare. I will also contact Exer HQ regarding this. Perhaps they can address the unprofessional behavior of the staff before they do serious damage to a patient.

If you want to see the complete collapse of western civilization this would be a good place to start. No one greets you, says hello, no care at all about the patient. Wait times not communicated in any way, but not because they want to hide it...the folks that work here are so devoid of humanity, that even computing such an ask would be far too taxing on the human CPUs and probably cause a blue screen of death. Great place for anthropological studies, but stay away if you need any medical assistance.

Exer Urgent Care in Beverly Hills is a dismal disappointment, embodying the epitome of incompetence. Far from living up to its name, this establishment lacks any sense of urgency whatsoever. Wait times stretch endlessly, with the inefficiency reaching absurd levels; enduring over an hour's wait with just one patient ahead is a testament to their ineptitude. The staff, if they can even be called that, demonstrate a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills. It seems they're merely improvising their way through the day, with no regard for the suffering and anxiety of their patients. Their demeanor is indifferent at best, exuding an aura of apathy that is both infuriating and disheartening. Moreover, the facility's organization leaves much to be desired, further adding to the overall sense of frustration and disillusionment.MY BEST ADVICE, steer clear of this sorry excuse for an urgent care center.

Hour and a half wait time turned into nearly 5hrs from arrival to departure to get antibiotics for a staph infection. Took me to an exam room and forgot I was there AND had still failed to send my prescription out more than 24hrs after my appointment.Only reason it's not one star is because they're understaffed and we're apologetic but that doesn't make up for wasting my time.ALSO make sure to call per location for insurance. Just because it's an Exer locstion apparently doesn't mean they accept the same insurances as other Exer locations? Seems incredibly stupid to me.Edit: doctor and nurse neglected to tell me that drinking alcohol while on the antibiotic they gave me is extremely dangerous. Spent an entire day vomiting to the point of vomiting blood and unable to leave bed as a result. TELL YOUR PATIENTS ABOUT DRUG SAFETY PLEASE!

Waited over 1.5 hours in the waiting room, then another 20 minutes to see a doctor for a simple test that any nurse could do in one of the rooms in the back. Ran out of patience and left and asked for a refund

My recent visit to Urgent Care left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Upon arrival, I expected prompt attention given the nature of urgent care facilities. However, I was left waiting in the waiting room for well over an hour without any acknowledgment or update from the staff. The lack of communication and prolonged wait time not only exacerbated my discomfort but also raised concerns about the effectiveness of the facility in managing patient flow and prioritizing urgent cases. It’s disheartening to see such disregard for patients’ time and well-being.Furthermore, the absence of any staff members attending to patients in the waiting room added to the frustration and sense of neglect. It’s imperative for healthcare providers to ensure that patients feel supported and cared for, especially during vulnerable moments. As someone who values efficient and compassionate healthcare services, my experience at Urgent Care fell far short of expectations. I urge the management to reevaluate their operational protocols, prioritize patient care, and implement measures to reduce wait times and improve overall service quality. Patients deserve better, and it’s crucial for urgent care facilities to uphold the standards of excellence that they advertise.
