Managment has attitude here. Also no needs to pay for parking when around the corner literally free city parking . They calling themself as a public parking to mislead people with city public parking which is free

February 15/2023 11:30 amMy car SUV white Mercedes GLC 300 I valet my car in Hodes Parking Rodeo drive The time of return my car , I had two car key on my hands, the gentleman saw, since I said to him , one key for you & the other one for me, he definitely knows I have two keys, I came back around 12:30 pm He brought car, he said the key is in dashboard,I didn't mention or look just drive the car, I received home, no other places just home, I found out no car key.I looked a lot didn't find anything.I called directly and asked they said you keep calling us from two weeks ago, I was shocked found out happened to the other person as well, they didn't accepted at all, everyone told me they sell it online to get money. they did not accept any thing, it was absolutely their responsibility. I will definitely claim it. The point it is not just a key the point is when you valet your car , you definitely need loyal workers. Car key happens to me something else will happen to you. Please do not park there & be really careful.

Idk about these reviews, but it was fine for me. I parked paid $17 for a few hours. I asked how to get to where I was going from there and the attendant was friendly and explained. They take cards and all sorts of payments. They even sell chips and water bottles.... I had a water bottle if not I would have bought one. (Super convenient)

Rodeo Collection is one of the older outdoor malls that you might pass by while walking in the area and not knowing it's there. My husband wanted to check it out since it's a major location in Brian De Palma's "Body Double", so that was our excuse. The architecture is impressive, on two levels, looks one way from outside and opens up as a lovely courtyard from inside with escalators and a cool looking, futuristic elevator. The mall is luxurious, with pots of bougainvillea in various colors everywhere. If you go during the weekends (we were there on a Sunday), lots of stores and businesses are closed. It was okay, felt like we had the whole place for ourselves. Otherwise- various business-es - medical ones on top, some restaurants, a cool looking bakery, stores- Bijan, Stuwart Weitzman. Underground garage with valet parking (we parked in another lot) and clean restrooms. Cool shopping center with a great architecture, built when outdoor malls weren't popular. Fun place to explore! Bright, sunny, it has a Mediterranean feel to it!

The owner is a racist. I was sitting at Nahid la patisserie working with my laptop where a guy came and asked if I'm affiliated with any owner in the Rodeo Collection. I said no, and asked him who are you that are asking me this question? He whispered a vulgar statement and told me with a menacing smile "that I'm the owner of the Rodeo Collection". After that I saw a security guy who works there came to my table and asked me to leave the premise! I asked for the reason and he said, there is no reason for that. Can you believe that you see such racism in Beverly Hills, CA in 2022? I'm talking with a lawyer now to see what the next steps can be.

A beautiful, hidden shopping alcove right on the center of rodeo drive. It's a stunning space with incredible stores, a beautiful and clean aesthetic, and impeccable staff. There's also a parking structure below with valet which is a huge plus on rodeo drive. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Excellent service would definitely use again, female valet was very pleasant and efficient. Public toilets available here also.

CROOKS! Every time I pull in there it's a different price. Because I wanted to park my own car I was charged a days rate of $16 dollars for half an hour. A few months ago I was allowed to do hourly with validation. The time before full days rate for all day parking. I do not want them parking my car and touching anything in my car with high covid numbers. They are ridiculous and I am never using their garage again. Total rip off!! I do not recommend try to find another garage that's what I will be doing.

Well the office was clean the receptionist were polite and respectful the doctor I saw was Dr chipps she was cool and respectful she listened to what I had to say and then she made her determination she did a biopsy and I have an appointment in 2 weeks also the place was clean
