Pathetically slow shipping and response time. Don't believe for a second they will immediately ship something they say is in stock, because it's not.

The on-line experience is really a bummer. Waited an eon to get clothes, the 'customer service' was beyond maddening and refused to refund me my shipping charge even tho' delivery was outside their long 1-3 week window. As the other folk say BEWARE.

HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME. Ordered online and wasn’t sent anything for over a month. Only responses to my emails were auto reply, so I contested the charges thinking it was a scam. Suddenly they shipped the order and it arrived mangled with incomplete and incorrect contents. I called the credit card company to end the dispute because they offered to make it right, but as soon as the dispute was closed, now they are not responsive and saying that it will take 75 days to resolve. Will likely resort to opening another dispute. The hours I spent on this do not come close to the sale savings. BEWARE.

The two security personnel are inexperienced and lack the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively. Additionally, the white guard was extremely rude and obnoxious.

Security discriminatory practices to keep people out and are on a total power trip. The manager has no idea what is going on. This place is worse than Walmart on Black Friday. Don't go here if you want to keep all your fingers!!!

Awful customer service regarding online orders. Ordered two items from their online store on Jan 11, "the delivery window is 10-14 business days" said on their website. Contacted them on Jan 16 to ask when the package will be shipped they said it takes 3 weeks. Waited 3 weeks and then contacted them again Feb 5 they fulfilled my order right away (so if I didn't contact they would just forget about it?). Received my order finally on Feb 14 and it's missing an item. Absolutely horrible experience, feels like they're waiting until the customer complains about the order to start packaging it and ship it out. The one item I received is in good condition hence the 3 stars. No idea where the second item is.
