Fast and easy setup cheap for "low-income" individuals as low as under 100$ for a spot for a car to a small trailer up to and over 100$ for anything bigger than that. Facility has almost 24 access with coded entry. One entry/exit gate with coded entry. Office located on site of property location. Partial security with: cameras at location on property and Security Cows that roam the pasture/lot; witch it's grassed yard/lot, is huge and has many spots available all year around lots of space very open facility. Owner of the facility is nice and cordgile. Facility has : Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Standard Rates in addition to first time deposite of (I'm pretty sure) +100$; over or under, depending on what you want stored and it's size. Great place to store if you're in a crunch for time , and you can pretty much get ahold of the owner at any time unless said otherwise.

We have an older Rinker boat and wanted to clean it up. We called and they sent us samples and prices for the different types of carpet with thickness and colors. Once we chose and paid the deposit we scheduled an install date and they came down and installed it in 2 hours and it looks awesome. We are very happy. So a Big thank you PBC

I used to have my boat old boat serviced here about eight years ago. I haven't been here in that length of time but Matt who was in charge of the place at that time was nothing but top notch! The service and rates were great! I felt comfortable with the knowledge and the innovativeness they had when servicing your engine or installing equipment. Always making suggestions and customizing to fit your particular boat. Back then they used to have an A and a B service for your boat, the A service being the major tuneup of all fluids, wiring, lubrication and overall maintenance. The B service was slightly more basic but still addressed the issues required for your boat to run smooth. Service turnaround was quick. I would definitely recommend this place if it is still around.
