“We stopped by here recently and found that it's hidden gem. Market is well stocked and has good variety of items and has a nice deli in the back. They have laundromat in the side building and just added new machines. New owners are improving things every day. It's nice to see a family running this store.”

“Best natural, organic, and good quality products groceries store. Prices are affordable, some of them have increased since pandemic distribution issues, but hoping they lower them soon. The people working there are super friendly and artist bagging your food.”

“The best Mediterranean specialty foods place around! They have such a big selection of international foods from around the world! I get really good bread and some vegetables from here, they also have amazing spices and teas, olives, pickles etc. Just overall a fun place to visit because the owners are such a kind family! Highly recommend”

“Good value for money. Nice Asian grocery store with a good selection of food and seafood. I came for the snacks, they had the Filipino common food like ChocNut, several chips, Star margarine, Nido milk, the usual Silver Swan soy sauce and vinegar, and the Mang Tomas gravy for chicken, among others. I almost thought I was back in the local shop of origin, it was impressive for the import selection.I also came for the Japanese snacks; they sometimes have anime stuff like the Dragon Ball chewing gum and the Demon Slayer biscuits, but it's pretty random what appears. They have Japanese mirin and the Chinese cooking stuff too, and what a relief that there are translated labels and I need not use Google lens, unlike in Metro Manila where these Chinese and Japanese labels are usually retained as-is.While I was looking for the Fukien Old Wine (not sure where to find it as my folks were in a hurry to do a 20-minute shopping including checkout) that I used to use to stir fry my vegetables in, I saw lots of the mirin, the usual Lee Kum Kee seasonings and oyster sauces of various types. They also had something similar to Kewpie sesame salad dressing. They had seaweed snacks too, says organic on the label even, that it looks good. And if you're craving for ready-to-eat jellyfish over seaweed salad in the chiller, they have them too near the line for the cashier. The milkfish, it can be deboned if you ask the staff. Here, it's like the wet market. I saw large crabs, large oysters, the ones similar to what I'm used to in the islands, catfish, all other smaller fish, the large tuna fish, and smaller snails. I find that it's interesting how varied the food here is and how if you tell them what dish you will use the meat or fish, they can cut and prepare it for, say, adobo or tinola. It's a store my folks frequently visit just for seafood and they keep coming back. Thankfully, this shop exists having our comfort foods.”

“I had great customer service experience. The new owner is very nice and friendly. The store is clean, neat, and well organized. Their meat is super fresh and the tandoori naan is super delicious!!! The prices are fair and affordable compared to other Afghan store.”

“Close to a little bit of everything with friendly help and good prices. My only gripe is that you buy something you like and return for more to find out they don't carry it any longer. So I guess their inventory is not dependable... but that is the downside of a closeout store right?”

“Great place for local Mexican market and seasoned meats ready to bbq. I used to have to drive to Brentwood for my carnes but now these dudes are right here local in town. I like the fresh tortillas from El molino they are most authentic and made in concord. They have good salsas premade in the meat section when I'm in a rush and hungry. Cheeses are great too. I support them 120%”

“I would describe sprouts as like - wholefoods mixed with trader joes?? Some may not agree but that's how I describe the place. They have rotisserie chicken - I love that it's not too salty. Thank you Sprouts! Bulk bins - they have reusable small bags available for purchase at the end of the aisle which is nice. Selection of eggs/dairy is super awesome!! Happy to support this grocery store in my town.”

“Local, fresh, farm to fork is how to describe this place, then add fun, variety and California's best natural snacks. From pistachios and banana chips to gram fresh eggs and fresh made olive oil, this farm store is what happens when a farm stand moves indoors and is marketed mall style. There is always something gift-worthy, something snack-worthy, and everyday kitchen staples like eggs, olive oil, olives, honey, and olive wood products. I've purchased Christmas gifts here, often. We come often and spend plenty. Enjoy the flavored honey sticks and then grab a big jar of local honey for daily consumption to mitigate pollen allergies and pump up your immune system. Life is good in Brentwood.”

“I have found my new grocery place. Grocery outlet definitely has a lot of the other stores best as far as prices go, especially this day and age where everything is more expensive, grocery outlet manages to keep the prices at a reasonable cost. The only downer is the lack of stock on some items like I was unable to find laundry dryer sheets (but found other laundry supplies) and I also was not able to find liquid dishwasher detergent ( they did have the dishwasher detergent pods but not the liquid like I needed) other than that, the shopping trip a worth it and saved my wallet some money. I’ll definitely be using grocery outlet first before going anywhere else for items they don’t have.”

“First time ever going into a WinCo. It's like Foodmax and Grocery Outlet had a baby. Prices are surprisingly affordable, produce is surprisingly decent, low l lots of cool stuff in bulk and they have everyday household products. Staff is friendly but kinda lack that engagement that makes it memorable. Aside from that, I'm definitely making it a regular spot to get my things.”

“Definitely less crowded than the Concord location I usually have to shop at & the addition of Self-checkout is a HUGE plus, but they didn't carry one of the products I specifically went to buy, which Concord usually has, so that's why the 4 stars, instead of 5.”

“I feel lucky and joyful at this store when I used the DG app. Using the DG Dollar General App on the smartphone made the shopping pick up at this place quick and simple. Great finds! My shopping experience here was good and the cashier was an expert and pro at managing their store's items and what is in stock in their store. The clerk was perfect with talking with customer behind the cashier and in helping with item exchanges or check with what is available in their store.”

“Raley's has become my main grocery food shopping destination. They have everything you need. A great selection of meat, shelf stable merchandise, and even hygiene & house cleaning items. They're way more affordable than Sprouts and still have the same or similar health food brands at half the price. Raleys pays fair living wages to their employees. So I'm glad I made the switch.”

“This is definitely the nicer and more spacious of the two Safeways in Brentwood. Aisles are nice and wide and they always seem to have enough registers open. It's a cleaner space and much more well stocked. It's a little bit further for me to drive to, but worth the extra few minutes for an overall more pleasant shopping experience. Nice clean restrooms are located at the front near Starbucks, which is always a nice touch: Their floral and produce departments are always pretty and bright. At the other location, on 2nd, I sometimes leave without finding things on my list. This is a way more pleasant experience with more variety of items, more parking and friendlier staff. If you have a choice, try to make this your local Safeway,”

“My son, sister and I all went in yesterday. I've never had wic before and looked up stores around me that accept it and this place popped up. I read some reviews and, just decided I would see for myself. I didn't get the guys name but, my sister and I just loved him. I was nervous about how this was going to go and mentioned it was our first time inside the store and first time wic user. He was so nice and walked me through everything. Any other store I probably would've been anxious or pick the wrong items but, he really helped me out. My sister is 15 and she says 10/10 lol.... Thank you again! You really made shopping easy and less stressful than anticipated. If I could give more stars I would, this place has everything!”

“This store is clean and well stocked at all times. The only complaint that I have is at the check out registers, there is only a max of 2 open but usually only one when I go shopping. And the water machines are almost always out of order!!!!”

“Each and every one of the employees here are so friendly and helpful! Considering what shape the world is in today, I appreciate them even more for showing up to work every day, when they could likely be at home like others and possibly making more money on EDD!!!”
