The pharmacist here is an ignorant fool. He doesn't listen, doesn't care and will hang up on you. I was trying to tell him FedEx is not delivering in 1-2 days as stated. So they might want to let patients know. Lots of seniors use this option...and I would hate for someone to go without meds for 5 days like I did. But Mr Pharmasist just wanted to be defensive and say it's our of their hands blah blah. I know that. Just thought he might want to know the reality of their shipping time. I guess not though. If you are going to be a coward, and not listen, you will remain ignorant.

The Walgreens company lack of respect for their employees couldn't be more clear than their Pharmacy presence.Waited in the car line for over 1 hour to be told that I need to return in 3 hours to pick up the prescription.After receiving an email notification & hearing the robocall advise me that the order was ready for pickup, I returned & waited another 30 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge I was at the window.Of course 1 of the 3 prescriptions could not be located and instead of just refilling the prescription that could not be found, I was told I needed to return tomorrow morning! This will be 3 visits which typically is a 1 visit ordeal with any competent pharmacy.After tomorrow. I am changing to Rite Aide. They have a pharmacist who does subject matter work, a nurse on staff who administers shots & a staff that works with the general public. Unlike Walgreens where the pharmacist wears all the hats!Shame on this corporation for abusing customer service for profit.

Zero stars! They are administering COVID tests in the drive-thru. I waited over 30 minutes and got boxed in. Forget picking up a prescription here. Weird hours too. I tried 3x and couldn't get a simple prescription filled.

Would NOT recommend getting a PCR test done here for any reason especially if you need it in a timely manner. I knew I was positive from an at home test but need a PCR for school. Anyways I did the test on a Sunday and was told it would be ready in 48hrs. 48hrs rolled around and nothing so I called Walgreens when they told me it was still processing, fine so I waited another 24th called back where they told me the same thing so I got a # for LAB Corp they were so nice and told me they did not receive the sample until Wednesday. Now to Thursday I get a message from Walgreens finally with my results stating "inconclusive " of course probably because it was sitting around to long before being tested. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I want to add the women I spoke to from Walgreens was repeatedly rude on the phone, she never let you finish talking before putting you on hold. One time she ever answered the phone laughing with a co worker than slammed it back on hold. She's probably under paid and over worked but should still have better training in customer service.

Keeping with the policy of making up the schedule as they go, Walgreens is still abiding by the strategy of using decoy appointments. Ridiculous.You can see from the picture the official printout that is taped to the window. No one bothers updating online listings or their appointment schedule.

The pharmacy is the worst. There are days they are closed, times when no one comes to the drive up window and then there's conflicting information on when they close for lunch. I suggest some customer service training or fire some staff.

Won't change info under my phone number that I've had for almost 10 years. Doesn't send alerts for medication when it's ready. Even though I've asked for the service several times. Pharmacy... where do I start... hours are confusing. Another pharmacy picks up hours when the other is down. However they all suck and I'm done wasting my time, being without medication I need.

went to this Walgreens after my Rite aid on Washington street closed. Young lady in the Pharmacy was very helpful, even looked up coupons for my medication without me even asking. Great Gal.I was sorry to find out this Walgreens doesn't accept my insurance.I will shop at this local WalgreensThank You

Have went to the pharmacy four days this week and the only day it was opened was Monday. I am now out of my prescription for my son and do not know what to do because the doctor’s offices are closed & now it is Saturday and they are closed again, for four days in a row! None of this is updated on the website, you don’t know until you drive all the way down there and then there’s a sign in front of the pharmacy that says oh we are closed today. This is the worst experience I have had and the worst pharmacy I have had to use, do not go here, transfer your prescription somewhere else if you can.

Called to make sure they carried my prescription, had my prescription transfered to here, called 2 hours later to ensure it was ready and then told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up 30 minutes later, wait in line and then they tell me they don't even carry what ai specifically asked for.How disorganized can you be?

Only in California in 2022 can a store that is supposed to be a pharmacy keep their store open, but close their pharmacy for an undetermined amount of days. Their service stunk before they closed the pharmacy, hopefully, if they reopen it will be with an entirely different staff.

Shame, shame, shame on Wallgreens! Random pharmacy closures, with no suggestions for other available pharmacies in the area have forced me to do without the medications I need. This is not just once. This has happened 7 times in the last 4 months. There is no excuse for this. This is despicable. There is no excuse for them to not pay their pharmacists a working wage. This is a community of mostly elderly people!
