The Walgreens company lack of respect for their employees couldn't be more clear than their Pharmacy presence.Waited in the car line for over 1 hour to be told that I need to return in 3 hours to pick up the prescription. After receiving an email notification & hearing the robocall advise me that the order was ready for pickup, I returned & waited another 30 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge I was at the window.Of course 1 of the 3 prescriptions could not be located and instead of just refilling the prescription that could not be found, I was told I needed to return tomorrow morning! This will be 3 visits which typically is a 1 visit ordeal with any competent pharmacy. After tomorrow. I am changing to Rite Aide. They have a pharmacist who does subject matter work, a nurse on staff who administers shots & a staff that works with the general public. Unlike Walgreens where the pharmacist wears all the hats!Shame on this corporation for abusing customer service for profit.

Zero stars! They are administering COVID tests in the drive-thru. I waited over 30 minutes and got boxed in. Forget picking up a prescription here. Weird hours too. I tried 3x and couldn't get a simple prescription filled.

Have an appointment for a vaccine? Actually, no you do not--SURPRISE!!! The pharmacy is now closed for the weekend until Monday! Does it clearly state in their store hours that they are supposed to be open during this time? Yes, but that is part of the guessing game fun--they might be open, they might not! Roll the dice and find out if you are lucky! Did they choose the times they would list on their website to create the vaccine appointments? Yes, again! But we all know that just because they say they will be open does not mean they need to be if they don't feel like it! Do they let the customer know that the pharmacy is suddenly closed? No! But you can call on Monday and rebook the appointment that THEY spontaneously cancelled without telling you. Will they do another surprise closing for that appointment too? Who knows! Apparently, creating mystery and spontaneity in their customer's life is the goal here, rather than fulfilling appointments that are made using their system. How about either 1. hiring staff to fill times, or 2. not creating appointments without having staff available. Or maybe just knowing how to operate a store.

The pharmacy is the worst. There are days they are closed, times when no one comes to the drive up window and then there's conflicting information on when they close for lunch. I suggest some customer service training or fire some staff.

Won't change info under my phone number that I've had for almost 10 years. Doesn't send alerts for medication when it's ready. Even though I've asked for the service several times. Pharmacy... where do I start... hours are confusing. Another pharmacy picks up hours when the other is down. However they all suck and I'm done wasting my time, being without medication I need.

This Walgreens pharmacy has to be the most inept customer service I've dealt with. Never will do business with them again.

Only in California in 2022 can a store that is supposed to be a pharmacy keep their store open, but close their pharmacy for an undetermined amount of days. Their service stunk before they closed the pharmacy, hopefully, if they reopen it will be with an entirely different staff.

Set up an appointment Monday for today at 445. Show up and noones at pharmacy. I calll store and they say closed till 31st and said someone called and no one f****** called. So unprofessional to say the f****** least! They say they'll honor my appointment on the 31st "if" they're open!?!?! Thanks for nothing and reassuring the community when we feel like s*** and can't even test !

I needed to get my booster shot before the holiday season, so that I could congregate with family and friends safely. I work 6 days out of the week, so I could really only get the shot before my day off, so that I could use my day off to recover. I called Walgreens to schedule an appointment, and despite the state of CA allowing for myself to be eligible for the booster, the robot on the phone would not allow me to make an appointment. So, I go onto their website. It lists this location as a walk-in location for the booster shot, so I go in to get my booster. Then what happens? The pharmacist contradicts the Walgreens website and tells me that the store doesn't accept walk ins. So I make an appointment for the only day that I would be able get the shots that was conducive to my work schedule and holiday plans. I show up for my appointment today, and they have closed their pharmacy. Without notifying me, altering my appointment for a later time, or sending me to another location that would honor my appointment. No such help. More like, sorry, not sorry. I go to a neighboring Walgreens, and they refuse to honor the appointment. So, this Walgreens and the other basically screwed me. Now I will have to try to make an appointment with another pharmacy, and will not receive my booster before the holidays. Walgreens has lost my business. If I ever have to choose between a CVS, Rite Aid, or 7-11, I will choose any alternative over Walgreens.

We went in to pick up an RX and we were able to schedule an appointment for a COVID 19 vaccination. Amsley was awesome. She has a very keen eye for detail and really made this daunting act easy. The online appointments were extremely confusing. Thank you for your help. Walgreens - Bermuda Dunes is always good to me and my family. Keep up the strong work. FIGHT ON

We had our best experience so far at this Walgreens ; woohoo hands up for Valerie she made my lil ones day by handing her squishmallow she was looking for but it wasn't only for that even the cashier and the team were respectful and welcoming. Valerie was amazing and kind she double check for her knowing we were leaving because we were there for water and Arizona but came out with squishmallow this was around 1-3 . Because the night cashier are not welcoming and nice as the team I saw during that time best team !!!! They had absolutely all values from welcoming , to asking if we needed help to checking as well as been respectful and kind.

The photo products you can get here are great. They always have good deals on photos every week, and sometimes I print out photos just to have them. There are neat send out items as well, like custom Christmas cards I got. The manager Scott is always very kind and helpful when I need help with the machines. He seems to know pretty much everything that I have no idea how to do.

well this review is not for the actual store the store is good. It's the Western Union system they have in the store which sucks. I'm going to recommend anybody do not send anything through Western Union it is horrible. Go through Walmart it is much easier if you need to send cash all you need is a PIN number and a driver's license. Western Union requires a lot of information that you will probably not have as the receiver. Once again Western Union sucks don't use it use Walmart MoneyGram or whatever it's called it'll save you a headache.
