Yikes! The barista with red hair is not a happy camper. The service is terrible. She charged me $6 for a tall frapp...pretty sure she overcharged me. Skip this Starbs!

please do not touch inside the cups with your hands. if you take cups out one by one you only touch the outside. when you take out two and separate the cups by holding them from inside with bare hands, you are violating safety rules.

So first off when I walked up to the stand the girls were talking so I didn’t wanna bother them but after one of them consistently looking at me and not being acknowledged I asked if I can get my order taken as I was in rush she seemed like she didn’t wanna take my order So be it though but when I got home I looked at the drink and tasted it and you can tell they just rushed my order because they were annoyed that someone Interrupted their conversation normally I don’t care about this kinda stuff but if you really trying to rush my order because I asked if you can take my order I’m not ok with the pettiness and I asked for extra caramel tho I’m not sure if they drizzled the cup with caramel or not because some do I’m just not sure on that

I'm just so disappointed today with this location. I have never have any problems with it before and ordered my coffee in here everyday that people can remember my name now. Putting my coffee order this morning since 8.24am and did not get that coffee until 25 minutes later after I said I wanted a refund because I'm so late at work already and can't wait no longer. And the barista just then started making my coffee. I have my mobile order for a reason and it took them almost over 30 minutes and after i said i wanted a refund to make my coffee.

Your better off going to a real Starbucks out side... my drink doesn't even taste like coffee, and wasn't the one I ordered. It tasted like sugar and milk. Also the young lady making the drinks had an attitude.

Nothing says small town hospitality like the staff at the Washington / 42nd Starbucks. Every visit is greeted with a "hello" and "how may I help you?" The coffee always tastes fresh and have always had the correct drink made for me. Sometimes they are out of items, but quick to find a replacement for you. As a regular visitor, I suggest the mobile order (any staff member will help you set up) because they do get busy in the morning and on weekends.

HORRIBLE !I had money for one of two items and stars to cover the other .... in the past over the last 6 years when doing this , the counter person always made it work so everything was paid for no money out of pocket .Today the girl at the counter, tried charging me .10 ??? Like come on USE THAT THING BETWEEN YOUR EARS !

The girls that work here on the week days are Always happy and have such a positive outlook we have never had a bad drink or experience, even with working in such a tiny area they always seem happy to be at work
