I had a wonderful experience with Rock and his installers. In fact, I have to say, I can’t remember a time when I had the services of a vendor to my home who was so respectful, so knowledgeable about their work and product, so timely, and so eager to please with exactness, than this company. I highly recommend them and thank them for a beautiful job.

Rock is incredible! He is knowledgeable & HONORABLE!!! I am so lucky to have found him! He has guided me every step of the way in protecting my home from flooding. His work is excellent, professional and beautiful. I shall now be able to sleep at night during the upcoming rains!!! Thank you, Rock!!

Although I never personally met Rock, I am so impressed by his professionalism and willingness to help me with my unique situation. I was prepared to pay for gutters, and although he was very busy and unable initially to see my project, he did make time to come by. He was so honest to tell me that I did not need rain gutters but rather a patio drain. He also gave me advice on other things. I have spoken to many contractors, and other trades about my issue and will go forward with that, but just wanted to put a shout out for Rock, who is a really honest guy!If I ever need gutters, I will go to no one else!Thank you Rock!

Rainguttersbyrock says it all...unless you also want pressure wash, in/out window cleaning, mirrors, skylights....but I wanted Rain Gutters...Rock, in my case answered his own phone, gave me an estimate for my situation, followed up with in-person, even less $, set a date, arrived early, color so matched stucco you think it came with the house. Anyway, prompt, affable, competitive and more engaging than the other guys. He's John Rock.

Rock just finished a perfect job installing raingutters on my house. He consulted me on all aspects of the job from start to finish, and suggested improvements to what I thought I wanted.Throughout the process, from initial contact to arriving on site, Rock kept in contact with me by phone and email. He arrived on time, and got right to work. I found Raingutters by Rock through Brian at Rainbow Gutters in Hemet. My circa 1947 house in Palm Desert had some serious gutter issues. My newly serviced swamp cooler was spewing water all over the roof. Clearly I needed someone quickly to fix. Rock was out to see us the next day. He immediately understood our situation, quoted us a really good price. Nine days later he came with his crew and did a 5 star installation of beautiful new gutters along the rear of our house. He selected blue and tan colors to precisely match the house and its trim. The new gutters look like they were always there. Rock understands customer service 101. He has been doing this since 1977. He is a classic professional whom does business "the old fashioned way." He took a small deposit but never deposited my check. Told me he will do so on the day the job is complete. Wow! Confirmed the time of installation a few times. Was here 30 minutes early. Completed the job precisely on schedule. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Raingutters by Rock.
