Spent over $400 on a desk and chair only to have it sold to somebody else while it was pending delivery. Store refunded our money however we already got rid of the desk we had. Nobody took accountability. Nobody cared. Worst customer service ever.

Store was overcrowded with pots and chairs everywhere. Clearance isles are a mess. The stuff is broken. Glass is on the floor. Couldn't find any employee to ask for help. When I did it was like it was no big deal. I paid and left.

Did not know you are unable to return an item that costs $149.99. Be careful if you shop here and make sure its exactly what you want. Even for a gift otherwise you ate stuck with an item that no one told me can not be returned due to the price.

Busybody customers in twenty minute lines, rude personal questions about my children (I don't have any), and consistent "ooos there's no price on this thing i the cashier just decided I want for myself did you want to go back and find another color and go to the back of the forty five minute line again"?

I was camping nearby and lost my pillow. I first went to a nearby Macy's and was treated like a homeless person, I asked for pillows and instead of being directed to the bedding department I was sent straight to a clearance area.I walked out and went to Home Goods. I asked Carlos directions to pillows and he proceeded to give me his undivided attention for at least 20 minutes. This fabulous guy helped me choose a pillow by asking questions and bringing me selections to try while reclining on a nearby sofa. He deserves a medal!

Normally love this store and feel like it has a superior assortment of items in comparison to other home goods. In fact, when my mother comes out here to visit, she always make a point to visit this home goods because she claims it has better merchandise than her local store in Orange County. I have to say though, I went in today and was disappointed by the selection. Walked out with nothing which is very rare. Two of the center aisles in the store were old clearance items and THREE aisles in the center of the store were for dog items. This is not a Petco. I love that the store offers pet items but since when are THREE aisles of dog merchandise needed in a relatively small store? Seems excessive. Bring back the good assortment for HOME please!
